“Always clean and well stocked. I came specifically for the Gooey Butter Cake, they have a great St. Louis Made setup there. I always get in and out quickly. The employees are friendly and fast. Their deli is always clean and I get service quickly, it's also very well stocked. I really like this store!”

“I work at an animal shelter and foster neonatal kittens and puppies. When my foster kittens were diagnosed with campylobacter Neels was able to make the very specific medication they needed in less than 24 hours! Neonatal kittens can decline fast and I don’t think we would have been able to find this medicine anywhere else in such a short amount of time. I really appreciate them and will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know in vet med. Huge thank you from myself and kittens Nugget, Fry, and McDouble!”

I do not know the amount but just about every useable space in that office is filled with bags of someones life saving medication waiting to be picked up. You can't complain if it takes all day to fill a medication, it is not the staffs fault.”
“I enjoy shopping at Sam's for their interesting deals, particularly on cheaper gas. I also really like their frozen Chicken Cordon Bleu. However, the atmosphere can feel a bit tense due to anxious customers, which affects the overall experience. While I appreciate the value, a more relaxed environment would make it even better.”

“I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!”
