Employees at the pick-up location in O'Fallon Missouri were quite nice and made sure we knew some of the quirks of the model we rented. Very happy that the drop-off location in New Orleans had a shuttle service that took us to our hotel in the French Quarter. Could not have been happier with the service at both ends.
