Avis in O'Fallon has been one of the easiest and friendliest places to rent a car in my history of renting from various locations and companies. Check in and check out were both smooth and effortless, and no complaints with the rental vehicle itself. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

The owner is professional, friendly and engaging. I had a couple of my Grandchildren and she gave them a pack of cookies which held at least 10 packs, also she had candy to offer them the last time we came.
