“Has some issue with the car. Roadside service was not helpful Friday evening at all. Finally was able to get to my destination in Nashville. Thanks for the airport in Nashville Tennessee I was able to get things resolved after several hours and get a new vehicle. And also the O'Fallon Missouri location was very helpful as well after I returned vehicle”

“This was definitely the best rental experiences that I have had. Even though I was picking up the vehicle on a Sunday, I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile and conversation. I am almost positive that it was the owner that I was talking to, but she had a very positive personality and we made small talk while the paperwork was being prepped. I was in and out within a few minutes and the entire experience was pleasant. I travel regularly and it was nice to see someone that acted happy to help versus walking in and feeling like a burden to someone that wasn't in a mood to do their job. This location stands out and I will definitely be back in the future.”
