“I absolutely love this UPS store. Every time I go I am in and out. The nicest workers are there. They're always smiling and so courteous. I just met Al for the first time the other day and he was awesome. Apparently he's brand new and he did a great job. Huge smile, we were laughing and he seems to love his life right now. Which apparently you can't always find. So thank you Al for your big smile.”
“There is a black guy who works here and I wish I knew his name, but really is the epitome of excellent customer service. Probably OD’ing it, but the kid was raised right. His skillset in customer service will likely take him far in his career path, whatever that may be. Good hire FedEx.”
“I haven’t had any problems with this post office. My family has been using this post office for over 20 years. It is very easy to send off packages in the indoor drop shoot. There is a machine where you can purchase and print a label as well as free shipping supplies next to it. Open M-S (to drop off and get mail from P.O. Box) and they have a lot of parking and a few handicapped parking spots right in front of the doors.”

“Had a great experience with Roadside Ranger Towing when I needed a lift after my sedan overheated near Main Street O'Fallon. They were there in no time, and the service was top-notch. The driver, Dave was professional and really knew his stuff, making sure my car was towed safely. The price was right, and the convenience was unmatched. For anyone looking for reliable towing in O'Fallon, MO, I’d definitely suggest giving them a call.”
