“I brought our two dogs in for a nail trim, one of which is usually a nightmare to have his nails done, and they did a FANTASTIC job, no problem for either dog. The other place we took them to wanted us to drug the dog that hates it, not here. 5 minutes tops for each dog. It’s a little out of my way, but, Paws and Relax has our business for good now. It took less time to go 20 minutes out of my way than it did at the place 5 minutes from my home. Highly recommend them, they are SOOOO nice and they do a great job”
“I get propane refill there on 30# tanks. They have the best price on that. The stuff in the store is a bit pricey for me to shop there. I’ve always found the staff to be friendly. But, let’s keep in mind, I’M a friendly personable person.”

“5-Star rating because of Maya (sorry if I spelled it wrong). I threw away the cat food bag as I use a plastic container, purchased 2 days ago. This type of Hills Science Diet food makes my cat vomit. As I was trying to figure out a good type of this food for my cat, I completely forget which ones I purchase. I called and informed her stating I needed the same brand, different type. Typically they cannot do refunds/returns or exchanges without the product or packaging. She went above and beyond and seemed to care about my animal’s health. She told me to throw the current food away and to come get the correct type of Hills Science Diet food if I could come up to the store while she was working so she could do the exchange. She didn’t ask for the product back. The type that I usually get is $1.10 less than the current type I had and she still gave me my money back even after I told her I wasn’t worried about it and thanked her for doing the exchange. It is things like this that corporations should appreciate in their employees when they actually care about the important parts of their job. I would’ve understood and fully purchased another bag if she was not able to do it since I did throw the original bag away. But, it’s the principal. She went above and beyond and showed excellent customer service and I applaud her for that. This is why I keep coming back to this exact location over any others thank you again, Maya for your consideration and kindness.”
