Wish I had a picture to describe the level of service I received today, but at this point in time it is my honor to have been witness to an exceptional young professional human being.
Emily; although I am retired, the men and women in my platoon of Navy Seabees would welcome you with open arms!!! You demonstrated honor, courage and commitment to go above and beyond your normal duties to assist me in something so mundane, but to me exuded your true character, flawlessly!! Your assistance in every aspect of the transaction to completion (placing merchandise in vehicle) proved your responsibility and accountability to me! The above and beyond was when you inquired if I had anyone at home to assist in unloading. Emily, your actions as well as your chosen vocabulary ensures that we have humans that are still willing to make change for the better. Emily, your integrity and actions are for all to emulate!! Keep being who you are, lead from the heart!!!

“Hello Osage Beach Home Depot! On Monday, July 27th my husband sent me to your store with a list of 4 items to purchase. As he always does, he supplied me with a description of these four items needed, as he relies on employed assistance to help me located the needed items. I walked in your store and went to the “Customer Service” desk .. where I showed my husband’s list and politely asked for assistance finding these items. I encountered and communicated with a woman with “short brown hair” sitting there at the Customer Service counter as well as an older gray haired employee who was wearing a Home Depot vest. I was told by the gentleman that in no way could he help me locate these items, all he could offer was to point me toward the “paint aisle”. Mind you the store was not busy at all .. this gentleman was merely standing at the Customer Service counter just visiting with the ladies at this counter..I as a paying customer, I was an inconvenience to him and the lady both .. I was shocked and beyond disappointed! Well, I set off to find the “paint department”. As I was intently looking for the painting aisle, a gentleman named WILLIAM CECIL asked me if I needed assistance.. I, of course, was desperate for help…and said YES PLEASE! Mr. Cecil singularly helped me locate all four items from my husband’s list. I was beyond APPRECIATIVE..I sure hope Me. Cecil will be recognized for his Awesome Customer Service Assistance ... and as far as the “other two” .. well, if you aren’t there to assist customers.. why are you there?? Thank You William Cecil!!!!”
“Customer service is excellent! All I needed was a couple of screws to attach a license plate to a vehicle. Chris went above and beyond and made sure they were the correct size and got his tools out and attached it to my car. Thank you!”
