Jack Hunter (Owner) took the time initially to not only show and explain to me all that was needed and/or required to repair my car, but also created a “Repair Plan” which included the total cost thereby eliminating any additional “surprise” damages or costs.
Once the work was completed on my vehicle, they honored the “Repair Plan” cost they had quoted to me and the repair work was done to perfection.
One of the best business interactions I have ever dealt with and I honestly can not recommend them highly enough. On a scale of 1 to 10 – they are a 20!

“Outside part of the doors hit were good it was the inside disappointments and multiple trips afterwards. Then three seperate trips to the bodyshop should not happen to any customer. 1st to pick up the car it was very dirty inside. The passenger side was hit and decals I ordered for the inside of the car were missing. Then the door weather strips were bad and the wheel alignment needing readjusting. So I returned a 2nd time.

“In August 2021 my 1953 Ford Sunliner stopped running while on the highway. It was towed to Its Alive and a broken wire was found in the distributor. Since then, Its Alive mechanics have fixed the trans. linkage, installed seat belts, installed power brake booster, fixed a heat gauge, adjusted the valves and fixed a persistent small transmission leak. Jeff and his mechanics were always fair, knowledgeable and responsive.”

“I called up to this place over my lunch hour asking if I should drop my car off first thing in the morning to get an ID/OD and emissions test (the answer I was given by 2 other places). I was asked if I could swing by during my lunch hour, and less than half an hour from the time I called, it was finished. Very happy with their service.”
“Phenomenal work at a very competitive price. I got only my hood repainted as it was previously scuffed up bad from years of neglect and living under the hot Arizona sun, so don’t judge the rest of the front end in the photo. They only painted the hood per my request.
The finished work far exceeded my expectations, and especially for the cost. The shop also did a great job getting my truck in and out the door from the time I scheduled an appointment. Do be patient as they have a steady flow of customers. I was recommended this auto body by a neighbor who had called around and said Jokerst has the most competitive pricing for the work delivered in the South County area. “Some underage squat without a liscence wrecked my ride parked in front of my house not knowing how to drive. Not only did this place make my repair seemless...but they were highly communicative about all details and progress. They had a family like connection with Enterprise Rental who also bent backward to make things easy for me. I got my Subaru back more beautiful than I remember buying it. They detail cleaned my interior that had nothing to do with the damage and finished everything under projected finish. Serious FLAWLESS job. The staff are friendly and sweet and I am so grateful this is where I chose to turn my misfortune upside down. I may even put these cats on my Christmas gift list. Thank you so much!! On top of all that, Jeff was nice enough to give me a ride to and pick me up from my house because it was so cold outside. Total time from drop off to repair was about an hour and half. “I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”
“These people seriously rock. My 2013 Buick’s side mirror had a run in with a pole and needed to be replaced. I called and got quoted by 2 other shops. Nearly 1k each quote. I called Eric at J&R and they got me fixed up for 300 bucks. They were extremely responsive and kind. They even tossed in a free headlight that had recently gone out with all of the winter storms. If I could give a 100/10 I would. Thank you guys for giving honest quotes and not inflating the price for quality work. Shops like this are hard to come by nowadays.”
