I just returned from my second visit to Total Access Urgent Care and received thorough and exceptional care, an informed understanding of my current medical issues which were more complex than in my initial visit. I felt like I was in a mini hospital with outstanding medical staff who quickly understood the problems I was experiencing, performed needed tests and will recommend a treatment plan when all the test results have been processed. I was referred by a hospital physician who stated I would receive better and more efficient care at Total Access Urgent Care than I would at the hospital. I wholeheartedly recommend the Total Access Urgent Care on South Grand.”
“I was able to get in quickly. I noticed that everyone working there was chatting and friendly with one another which created a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was professional, thorough, and kind. I had to have blood work done and was very apprehensive about them finding a vein as I've had a lot of chemo which makes it difficult. The nurse was confident and reassuring. Impressively, she got it on the first try! If I need an Urgent Care again, I will be sure to go to the St. Louis Hills location. I was very grateful for the quality of care I received on a day that I felt awful.”

“Waited almost 1 hour after my "appointment" to get a room, yes they were kind of busy but taking 4 or 5 people who walked in after me ahead of me was very frustrating . I was pretty sick an needed care or I would not be there. After I finally got in a room care was great as usual. Dr was very competent and caring, so was the rest of the staff.”

“I visited for blood work and an employment drug test. I arrived 15 minutes early but wasn’t able to check in until 10 minutes before my appointment. Although I had an appointment, the lobby was quite crowded with about 15-20 people, and seating was limited given the size of the space. My name was called approximately 15 minutes after my scheduled time, which wasn’t too bad but could have been handled more efficiently. That said, the technicians were professional, and the process itself was fairly quick and seamless. Overall, it was a decent experience.”

“So far excellent! The great tech I dealt with spent probably an hour and a half, or MORE finding the right mask and fit, and went over SO much more. I felt he and the facility set me up for success. I have a severe case, and I need this solution. No choice if I actually care about my health. I felt they gave me those tools, rather than a more common, here's your machine, good luck, from what I hear. Lol One personal I talked to, said his place took 5 minutes and handed him a machine. Lol The office personnel were extremely friendly and kind as well. I will leave results. To be continued...”
