“Kindness and professionalism matters. Kindness and professionalism are a powerful force in shaping the customer experience. From a warm greeting and showing a little patience, hospitality matters. People remember how you treat them and how you made them feel. I spoke to young black man at this location today and he is a perfect illustration of kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate your kind and professional assistance. Its also important to express gratitude and recognition for someone's support. I have been a Tmobile customer for over 15 years.”

“Highly recommended! Brought an iphone in for water damage and got it fixed same day! They were transparent with the cost to replace parts and would let us know if more work needed to be done and the price of those fixes.”
