“Excellent service! I brought my phone in because my camera was blurry from the inside. They opened the phone and tried cleaning it, but then realized the camera itself was damaged due to internal debris.
Even though this wasn’t their fault at all, they went above and beyond. They ordered the replacement camera themselves, installed it, and only charged me for one labor. They were honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend this shop.”

“After having very dismissive treatment buy a young guy at T-mobile, Loughborough who treated me as if I was some old lady couldn't be bothered with, in desperation I went to boost on South Grand, where I met a young guy who worked there named Ali. He worked on my problem, the same problem that the employee at T-Mobile couldn't be bothered to help me with I was so grateful so helpful as this young man. I plan to take my business away from T-Mobile and go to boost where they seem to care about people of all ages. I think T-Mobile should look into this and become aware of what is going on at their locations. I would give T-Mobile the lowest rating and naturally Ali at boost has my highest rating”
