“Modified Review as of 6/17/2019First off a negative review had been placed by me prior to today, after speaking with Mike the owner and Chris his son today on several occasions, I will take Mike's word the problem has been resolved by management at the Ozark office, not to get too involved with the previous review for that location. I have been doing business with this company for quite a while, I believe in fairness and respect on both sides, customer and the business, Mike listened to my concerns which led me to have a change of heart, I highly recommend Tel-A-Rent.”

“Want the commend the customer care service of this story. I had a crazy circumference a d ended up here. My cell phone wasn't working abd I was nothing short of a mess. I needed to use the phone. The managers were called heard my situation a d went above and beyond to help me. We already often drive from Branson area area to this store but you can bet this is the store we will use from here on out.”
“Went looking for a scanner. Found a combination copier, scanner, printer. The sales associate was very sweet, patient and brought a cart for us, he wished us a good day. Customer service was sincere and respectful. We appreciated that.”

“We purchase a lawn ornament for Christmas, a large Angel. Brought it home and could not figure out how to put it together. I went to Home Depot and spoke to customer service. They were wonderful, asked me to bring it in and they would put it together. They did and wow, we were happy campers. a big shout out to the customer service department at the Springfield, MO. store.”

“Victoria was awesome! She listened to our likes and dislikes in order to help us find the perfect sofa and love seat to fit our lifestyle. She was very patient and allowed us to take samples to our home to see what colors would look best in our lighting.In addition to the wonderful customer service, the store was well arranged and had several styles and pieces to choose from.
