“We love All American Rental and Sales. We have used them off and on for years. And we just love their friendly staff, fast service, payment options, and the fact that they are willing to work with you if needed. Most companies aren't like this anymore. We have rented, stoves, refrigerators, washer and dryers, even tvs over the years. They have a great selection of items available, all different sizes to fit whatever your needs may be at that time. We will definitely be using them if we ever have anything we may need, but can't afford the huge price tag that comes with buying it straight out right from the store. 100% recommend checking them out.”

“I can't quite give a 5 star rating just yet, but I will say a low 5 would be appropriate. New staff, New management, Clean store, Fair prices for a rent to own business. This location is coming around. Yes, in the past there have been issues with poor service, employees treating customers less than human/stupid, filthy store, poor additudes, Management who shouldn't have even been in control of a dog let alone a business, but if you were a past customer give them another chance. Nothing is "perfect" but this store is definitely so much better and making progress. Keep up the great work guys”

“I'd recommend over any other rent to own company in town.We went in they didn't have what we wanted in stock,they ordered it and called like they said they would.I got sent out of town for a week for work when the item showed up at the store and they held it for me...When I applied online they guy stayed on the phone and walked me through every step of applying I was approved and knew my amount immediately.They're very helpful and actually do what they say which is hard to find with a lot of these rent to own companies around town that say one thing and do another. It was easy doing business with Aarons”

The entire order was successfully shopped, paid for, tracked and delivered for pick-up COMPLETELY ONLINE-NO FOUL UPS!The guys in the lumber yard know their business and pick-up was a snap. “We purchase a lawn ornament for Christmas, a large Angel. Brought it home and could not figure out how to put it together. I went to Home Depot and spoke to customer service. They were wonderful, asked me to bring it in and they would put it together. They did and wow, we were happy campers. a big shout out to the customer service department at the Springfield, MO. store.”
