Office manager in KC, got everything handled with great communication and the branch manager in Ozark was amazing. I have the highest tier available at both hertz and enterprise and neither of them treat me like masters did for a first time personal rental. And cost was almost the exact same for a hertz mini van vs Masters 15 passenger beast. Only feedback would be please open a Joplin office so I don’t have to drive as far but still worth the drive either way.”
