“I really can’t say enough good about my experience with Jeremy. Believe it was Tiffany at the front desk also great. Definition of a hands on owner. Tough dent for him I can imagine. Bad spot. Made it disappear. Above that,, the guy came out himself and helped me , or should I say ( took my tailgate off himself basically) connectors and wiring stuff on these new trucks. He is a ( do it ) person. I love that. Work quality A+. Pricing was extremely reasonable for what he did. A+. Customer service A+. Honestly my next time around with a dent in any of our vehicles , I wouldn’t even call anyone else. This is just a honest review. I had never heard of the place until last week when they got my truck in”
“Perrie and the Hammer's team provided me emergency support today as my Jeep Grand Cherokee took an under-marked curb and blew a tire out near the front of the Hammer's shop. I pulled in and asked for a favor: Could they provide me some air to verify the tire was still good. He did better.
After we discovered the sidewall blowout (ruined tire), he assisted me in changing the tire personally. My wife and I would have been fine with the use of his parking lot for an hour to work the Jeep jack, but with his assistance, and a hydraulic jack, we were able to swap it out in about 15 minutes and off we went..... No charge.

“I had them do several things for my car. They installed aftermarket fiberglass side skirts, they fixed a dent in my quarter panel, refinished my rear bumper, drivers side fender, and hood. The work is great it looks good. I had a small issue with the work over 6 months later and they remembered me and fixed the issue on the spot for free. The paint match isn’t perfect but it’s very close. You have to be in the right lighting to see. Overall Very impressed with everything.”

You look at the car now and you would have no idea it was done. It was pricey but in line with other places in town.

“I took my car here to get one of the doors fixed after an accident and not only did they fix the door, but they also deep cleaned my car. When I got there to pick it up, it was a pretty chilly morning and they started my car for me and turned on the defrost and my heated seat so it would be ready for me when I drove. They are such kind people and I would definitely take my car there again!”

“I have been buying from Thompson since “The Thompson Boys” were still in High School. I will say that they have continued to be impressive. My experience today was above and beyond what anyone should expect. I believed the service center to be open until 6 on Saturday and arrived at 5:05. To my surprise, they closed at 5. I walked through the sales door and thought I would just check to see if anyone was still there. As I opened the door to the service area, a gentleman was turning the last lights off. Bummer. He looked over and asked if he could help me with something. I explained I was dropping off a loaner and picking up our serviced vehicle. To my surprise, he said “let’s see if I can help you”. He went back to his computer, fired it back up, found our serviced vehicle ticket, printed it off and went to get our vehicle. Ken Ramey, thank you for exceeding my expectations with an excellent attitude. It is exactly this mentality and work ethic that makes any business owners proud and thankful to have you on board. ?”

“All in all im satisfied with the work. I have a few areas that need to be fixed but Ricky said he would. My biggest problem was my engine and inside of my classic 1966 Mustang was not covered and was covered with grit etc from the sanding process. My engine got covered after I said something but it was to late. I was told it would be cleaned but wasn't. Its a special race engine and car has had a lot done to show and upgrade. It would of been a simple thing to do before work was started. Being a 66 the windows had new rubber but still not good enough to keep all the grit out. Nothing is cheap that I have done on it so would of liked better care of it. Bodywork is very good however some of the things promised still need to be done. My window on drivers side if closed all the way up the chrome frame hits rear vent window. Hood and trunk were aligned perfect though. I would recommend them Cody is very busy though and does a variety of other cars why mine was not completed.”
“My 18 year old had an accident and insurance referred us to Jordan Valley Auto body repair shop. They were amazing. Dropped the car off on a Thursday and then Friday told what the cost were and when it should be done by. Was supposed to be done Friday so on Wednesday they called to let us know they are on time. Then Thursday they called to say it was done one day earlier. It was just the front bumper and paint. They did amazing looks brand new. They even spoiled her more and done a deep interior cleaning. She was so excited. Great customer service, great workmanship, and fast.”

“I took my GMC Terrain in after I was hit. The team there worked directly with the other gentleman's insurance as they were covering all costs. I simply dropped off my car on a late afternoon and 12 days later (shipping of parts takes extra time these days) I was able to pick it up looking exactly like before the accident. They had to replace a front quarter panel, bumper, headlight and a few other small things along with matching up the paint and pinstripe detail. I am satisfied and would use them again.”
