“I really can’t say enough good about my experience with Jeremy. Believe it was Tiffany at the front desk also great. Definition of a hands on owner. Tough dent for him I can imagine. Bad spot. Made it disappear. Above that,, the guy came out himself and helped me , or should I say ( took my tailgate off himself basically) connectors and wiring stuff on these new trucks. He is a ( do it ) person. I love that. Work quality A+. Pricing was extremely reasonable for what he did. A+. Customer service A+. Honestly my next time around with a dent in any of our vehicles , I wouldn’t even call anyone else. This is just a honest review. I had never heard of the place until last week when they got my truck in”

“I had them do several things for my car. They installed aftermarket fiberglass side skirts, they fixed a dent in my quarter panel, refinished my rear bumper, drivers side fender, and hood. The work is great it looks good. I had a small issue with the work over 6 months later and they remembered me and fixed the issue on the spot for free. The paint match isn’t perfect but it’s very close. You have to be in the right lighting to see. Overall Very impressed with everything.”
“I took my car here to get one of the doors fixed after an accident and not only did they fix the door, but they also deep cleaned my car. When I got there to pick it up, it was a pretty chilly morning and they started my car for me and turned on the defrost and my heated seat so it would be ready for me when I drove. They are such kind people and I would definitely take my car there again!”
“I was in my car when it got completely decimated by the hailstorm earlier this year. Insurance wanted to total it out, I wanted to keep it. Cox helped me greatly by re-assessing the damage, and meeting with my insurance to come up with a plan. I have now received my car back, and the work done in phenomenal. My car legitimately looks better than it did before the storm. It's unlikely I'll ever go to a different body shop, to be honest.”
“I went to Ben on the good word of my parents after my beloved car was destroyed by softball sized hail. I told Brandy in the office, my hope was for it to basically look like it did before, which felt impossible. She got me my initial quote very quickly and was so sweet and compassionate to the situation I was facing. Throughout the entire repair process, Ben was transparent and happy to answer any questions I had and keep me updated. I can't stress enough how impressive the repair job is on this car. It looks like new and was so clean when they gave it back. Ben told me upfront he would do everything he could to keep my final price as close to or under the quoted price, but he couldn't make any promises with the condition of the car, and I understood. My final price was almost right at the quoted price because of all the effort Ben put in to make it doable despite so many road bumps along the way. I won't trust anyone but Ben with body or custom work on my car or any future cars. They are actually top tier and honest.”

“I have been buying from Thompson since “The Thompson Boys” were still in High School. I will say that they have continued to be impressive. My experience today was above and beyond what anyone should expect. I believed the service center to be open until 6 on Saturday and arrived at 5:05. To my surprise, they closed at 5. I walked through the sales door and thought I would just check to see if anyone was still there. As I opened the door to the service area, a gentleman was turning the last lights off. Bummer. He looked over and asked if he could help me with something. I explained I was dropping off a loaner and picking up our serviced vehicle. To my surprise, he said “let’s see if I can help you”. He went back to his computer, fired it back up, found our serviced vehicle ticket, printed it off and went to get our vehicle. Ken Ramey, thank you for exceeding my expectations with an excellent attitude. It is exactly this mentality and work ethic that makes any business owners proud and thankful to have you on board. ?”

Let's not talk about how he said it happened (but I am sure dropping a cooler on the front bumper dents it to the point of losing paint). Got an estimate quickly and brought in the next week.
