“I purchased the replacement speaker package for my 2005 Jeep wrangler. The wiring harnesses that came with the speakers didn't fit the clips that I had in the jeep. Their customer service rep took the time to make sure that we found the correct harnesses to fit my jeep. He then placed an order for me and sent them to me for free! Extremely helpful & great company to buy from!”

“I’ve moved a lot and have never had a good experience going into a phone store. However my phone wasn’t working and I had to go in to get it upgraded. Corey at the Nixa location helped us and made the process stress free even though we kept running into issue after issue with the device. He was a straight shooter, first time I had been to a store and not given a runaround. We even left and had ran into another issue and when we came back he immediately jumped back in to help assist. Definitely would go out of the way just to go to this location if I ran into any other issues.”

“Not a bad Target. Plenty of parking and a convenient light makes getting in and out easy. I went in a few days before the 4th of July and while they were busy there were plenty of checkers, so there weren't any lines at the registers. The store was clean and well stocked too.”
“After 4 years of highly dependable performance of my home theater/internet system (installed by SCS Entertainment), I completely lost my internet connection recently. I contacted Mark at SCS in Springfield (one hour north of my home) at 9 am. He immediately arranged for a great tech (Zak) to come to my home, arriving at 12:30 pm. What fantastic service. Zak quickly had me back up and running and while here also updated my Control4 software, reprogrammed a remote for me, and made other productive tweaks to my home system. I highly recommend SCS Entertainment for their expertise in home theater systems and their service commitment to their clients.”
“Went to Best Buy to check out some computer parts for an upgrade to my school computer. The place is bigger than I remembered, but in the span of probably 10 minutes I had 4 or 5 different workers approach me and check if I needed help navigating the store. A couple stopped and took time to answer all my novice questions about different computer parts and clarify some things I was confused on. All this while the store was packed with people. Solid employees here.”
