“Nice cozy room. Only issue was the bathroom had a little mild/mildew starting up way at the top above the door. Idk if they'd even had a chance to notice. This is an issue very easy to occur and easy to miss. I didn't even notice until I was about to leave.”

“Great stay! Spent 2 nights here. I have to mention Angel and Brianna at the front desk. Two of the nicest and friendliest people! I had a few questions and they both ganged up on me (in a good way!) with their help. Hotel renovations feel fresh. Everything is clean, comfortable, and what you should expect. Breakfast was std; certainly nothing special. The only minus is that it can get noisy with the traffic (especially motorcycles) on 2 very busy roads/hwys nearby. Regardless, the staff really makes this place go with Angel and Bri making it special. Well done!!”

“I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District and had a great experience. I was in town unexpectedly and needed a comfortable place to stay while handling a last-minute meeting, and the staff made everything incredibly easy.
Jamie at the front desk was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. She made sure I had everything I needed and really went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of.
Susan, the general manager, was also wonderful and very accommodating. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in running a great hotel.
The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the customer service truly stood out. I really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.”

“Good location. Evening gentlemen at check-in very friendly, daytime redhead, not so much! ? Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well! Breakfast had a selection of biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt,toast coffee and juices. All good for a super 8! If the would add a little sausage to the gravy and some pepper, it would be much better! Overall good stay. Would recommend if you're looking for a hotel in the area.”

“The front desk clerk, Jenni i believe is her name, was very friendly and very helpful. We had a family emergency and my mom was admitted to the hospital in Springfield, hence the last minute stay. She was very accommodating, sympathetic, helpful, and so sweet. We were having a rough night, but she made everything so much easier. Jenni if you are reading this, thank you so much for everything.”
