“I had two wonderful employees help me on 8/28/2025 at 6:55pm. I came in right before close and they helped me through a difficult return with Amazon. They helped me resolve it quickly and with the kindest service as well! As an employee, it is always dreadful to see someone come in the door so close to close. “I was stuck when I was shipping my tricycle with my truck to Europe for my long trip. I was not physically present at the shipping place and chatGPT selected Crater's & Freighters in Kansas City and it was about 200 miles. Company is specialized in shipping hazardious material.
Melody Kidd from the company responded to my query immidiatly and provided end to end serivce of communicated with the truck dealer, picked up heavy batteries, repacked them, provided needed documentation and finally found the most economical shipping method and actually shipped the batteries. She knew my mind was somewhere else, she did not bother me with the details, we talked just once in the begining and at the end when she shipped the batteries and finally she let me know that batteries are at the destination.
As for the price, she quoted me some amount for picking up the batteries for 400 miles round trip drive and she end up charging me 1/3rd I think. As for shipping I dont know show she managed, just to check her charges I did goto her shipping company and put in the weight and dimension and they were quoting me way more than she charged me.
All in all she provided me excellent service especially when my back was on the wall and I was busy with lot of other work and she did could have charged me much more ...”

“After talking about it for months I finally made it in and asked myself why the heck did I wait so long. Small quaint place with a great vibe. Love little local diners like this. Food didn't disappoint and Kelly the owner took the time to go over the menu with us first timers and check in on us personally after our food arrived. I had the tenderloin sandwich and fries special which was very good. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu especially the K-32 burger. Owner also explained some of the specials that aren't on the regular menu so look forward to stopping in and trying some of those too! My co-workers all were excited I showed them this Edwardsville treasure and are looking forward to visiting again soon.”
