“For some reason the same post office in Waldron is listed twice on Google Maps. It is the Waldron post office just off of 45 highway. See my other review for more information. If you're too lazy to go look for it here's the skinny. It has limited hours but it is very small fast and friendly. Almost never a line here.”
“Always felt efficient going in and out with my pre-labeled packages. I also like the option for text receipts. Sometimes it can be busy, but it's not too long of a wait.”

“I was stuck when I was shipping my tricycle with my truck to Europe for my long trip. I was not physically present at the shipping place and chatGPT selected Crater's & Freighters in Kansas City and it was about 200 miles. Company is specialized in shipping hazardious material.
Melody Kidd from the company responded to my query immidiatly and provided end to end serivce of communicated with the truck dealer, picked up heavy batteries, repacked them, provided needed documentation and finally found the most economical shipping method and actually shipped the batteries. She knew my mind was somewhere else, she did not bother me with the details, we talked just once in the begining and at the end when she shipped the batteries and finally she let me know that batteries are at the destination.
As for the price, she quoted me some amount for picking up the batteries for 400 miles round trip drive and she end up charging me 1/3rd I think. As for shipping I dont know show she managed, just to check her charges I did goto her shipping company and put in the weight and dimension and they were quoting me way more than she charged me.
All in all she provided me excellent service especially when my back was on the wall and I was busy with lot of other work and she did could have charged me much more ...”
“We had a sensitive document we needed to send and the attendant helping us provided us with the option of shipping it to their store in the city we were shipping it to. This not only saved us money but gave us peace of mind it wouldn’t be left on a step. The location was also very close to the person we shipped it to. We’re so appreciative of her help!”

“I love using Estes. They have great volume rates on some lanes and the service is excellent. They have handled even the most interesting of pick up a deliveries for us. Whenever there is an issue with a shipment they resolve it very fast which is a huge help. I recently used the to move a shipment to the new Brunswick terminal in Georgia which can be a challenge given the requirement for carriers to register online for an appointment ( entering the weight of each piece which can be a pain)but Estes handled it with no problem at all. They made my life so much easier. I will continue to use them whenever I can.”
