“The 24-hour shuttle worked well for my late arrival from and early departure to the airport. Location is otherwise poor since there's nothing around except other hotels, and a 15 minute drive to get to any sort of selection of restaurants or otherwise. Room was pretty standard but clean and served the purpose. Noise insulation was poor, particularly noticeable with guests outside smoking & talking late at night in front of the lobby.”

“Overall, a solid stay. Near KCI and tons of parking. Rooms were very clean and mostly updated. We didn't use any amenities, so there are no reviews there. Check-in was quick and somewhat friendly. They offer a park and stay option, but we didn't use it this time.
Rooms: Very clean. Modern.”
“Very nice experience! I stayed for 3 weeks and the staff were more than accomadating. They work hard and are very customer service focused. I has a king traditional suite, no seating area, but with a small desk for computer work. The only comment I would make is the tv is a 32 inch or so, would have loved a bit larger but good for a short stay. Outdoor area has gas grills and plush, cushioned seating, very nice! Finally, the BREAKFAST is amazing, waffles with topping, hot oatmeal bar with 8 different toppings, cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, a hot breakfast bar different every morning....and close proximity to the base entrance. Also a great little BBQ truck in the parking lot serving a variety of specialties. The only other thing I would mention is that rooms were clean but the cleaning staff could be a bit more diligent with sundries and cleaning, such as soap replacement and wiping the sinks...after a freshen up. Overall great experience!”
“Stayed at this location on orders for a 2.5months long training course - room was larger than I expected, it was more like a studio apartment than just a hotel room. Hotel was undergoing renovations throughout my stay and the front desk was very accommodating for both the guests and the work that needed to be done. Very clean, quiet, and professional.”
“A surprisingly good hotel for a smaller Midwestern town. Clean, comfortable room with a good layout (our room was a kitchenette). Staff were helpful and polite. The pool is micro sized, but was fun for splashing around. Breakfast was decent. Only real downside was the noticeable traffic noise that starts early.”
“Hotel was clean. The staff was amazingly attentive. Breakfast was good.Bad side: super soft water. My husband compared it to slime inside an alien pod. (He really wanted me to write that)Also if you are a family the layout is horrible. The bathroom door is partial see through and right in front of the bed so if your toddler is sleeping you cannot turn on the light in the bathroom.”

“We booked the entire place for a two day strategic planning offsite and it was fantastic! The guest rooms were huge, comfortable, and filled with beautiful antiques. The guest parlor was spacious with very comfortable chairs, nice tables, snacks and drinks. It was the perfect classy meeting room during the days and a warm and inviting gathering space for the evenings. I'll definitely be back both for business and vacation!Nearby activities: Right next to O'Malley's and a short walk to all the great shops and restaurants in Weston.”
“The hotel was nice and really clean. The young girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was that on the second night, there was a couple next door who kept fighting, screaming and slamming the doors at 2 am, and it went on all night and there was no one at the front desk to call. Other than that it's a nice place.”

“A nice apartment hotel. We had 2/ 2 bedroom rooms with 2 bathrooms. Great for families or friends to stay. Kitchen has sink microwave fridge and 2 burner stove top. They had a wonderful breakfast with Mexican toppings for eggs. Very nice staff at front desk. Jimmy was great in the evening.”
“By FAR, the nicest hotel stay I’ve ever had. Large, double rooms, full kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom, super clean, and the staff were top notch. Excellent stay.
Rooms: Nice size living room, kitchenette and large bedroom with plenty of storage.
Safety: Key card required at all entry doors. I felt completely safe my entire stay.”

“We missed our first flight and didn't get in until the morning of the 3rd day. I called them to let them know as soon as we missed our flight and our estimated eta. They checked me in over the phone so we could keep our reservation. Picked us up from the hotel, took us to restaurants and picked us back up. Amazing staff, very accomodating. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Will def stay here again. Very nice drivers!!”

“Nice hotel 15 miles from kc, mo downtown. Beds were decent. Breakfast could be better
Rooms: In our room both of the beds sag in the middle, table light has a short in it, refrigerator was not cleaned. The sheets was nice and soft and the patio was very nice.
Food and drinks: Breakfast is packaged and are $10 each if you don't have breakfast included. If are expecting waffles like I was you will be disappointed.”
“I used the park and fly. Great bed, firm which I like and everything was clean and worked fine. Shuttle to accommodate very early or late arrivals. Efficient staff and a nice outside space to sit and snack.Very easy to park your car and it was easily accessible. Very close to airport. I thought it was a great and affordable stay.Rooms: Not fancy but very clean.Safety: No concerns.Food & drinks: Vending machine and ice. Basic breakfast.”

“Accommodation close to the airport, the shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and takes 5 minutes. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a restaurant with a good selection of beers on tap and good food at reasonable prices. The only downside is that free wifi is only for registered members, however registration can be done easily at the reception.”

“We visited Best Western Plus Kansas City Airport-Kci East after the heavy weather. The staff was helpful, based on the circumstances and being short-staffed. The amenities worked fine and the room was spacious. I would recommend.
Rooms: The rooms are spacious with table and chair as well as a couch. It was clean and the stay was enjoyable.
Food and drinks: Travellers who had to leave before standard breakfast hours were given goodie bags - which is really awesome!”

“This is my go to hotel for early morning flight out of KC Airport. The Airport is two exits away from this hotel and there’s a convenient gas station right across the road from it. Perfect when you have a rental car. The folks that run this place are friendly. The rooms are decent given today’s standards and one thing for somebody like myself that 6‘4“ is the showers are great for tall people and great water pressure. That’s important to me all in all a really nice hotel with nice people. Thank you.”
“Didn't actually stay there yet. I was just looking around and this Hotel was one of my options. But I do plan on staying at some point.Nearby activities: This Hotel is conveniently close to Walmart Target and several other places. Also if you're needing food. There's just about every kind of place you would need.Safety: I've lived in this area and the surrounding area my whole life. It's one of the few places that as a female. I'm comfortable with being by myselfWalkability: It's only about 5 to 10 minutes away from any store that would need and also fast food or restaurants around.”

“My flight got in super late and I was looking for something close and inexpensive for the night. I have never stayed at one of these hotels before, but I was so surprised by the service I received. Derek at the front desk completely exceeded my family’s expectations. He was extremely helpful and even recommended places for us to eat the next morning since I have such large dietary restrictions. Honestly, we would come back because of him if we are ever in the area again! He was extremely kind the entire time we were there.
