“A lot closer then the rest of the hardware stores but because of its location some things are priced higher then at other stores and you don't carry as many items. Staff has always been super helpful and friendly!”
“I can’t say enough good things about the customer service Peter and Maddie provided. I came in looking for a shear pin, and unfortunately the store didn’t have the one I needed. Instead of simply sending me on my way, they went above and beyond by calling five other stores to try to track one down. They even offered to help me find somewhere to order it if we couldn’t locate one.
Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. They both had smiles on their faces the entire time and made me feel like helping me genuinely mattered. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced customer service this outstanding.
