“We went in today around 8:30 store was busy and the young lady at the counter had her hands full with serval customers so we used the filter app to get both of our car filter. Got in line the young lady handle every very well and should be recognized for her performance as a great service that she has. Also had to borrow a screw driver she came out and ask if we got with out a issue. She's very kind and patient. Thank you”
“Today, I was trying to get a new battery for my zero turn mower. Josh (?) was helping me. Unfortunately, after lots of searching he wasn't able to find the battery I needed. He was curtious and professional. I did end up going to Sutherlands where I bought the mower and was able to get battery. Even though I didn't get what I needed, the assistance was professional.”

“I don't know about the part it was just oil and gas mixture or whatever for chainsaws. But the service was impeccable! It's so nice to go into a store where you see the co-workers work well together and are respectful to each other and the customer. Awesome job! Thursday March 26 about 7:15. I hope O'Reilly's Auto parts in pleasant Hill Missouri pay them what they are worth!”
