Thanks to Tom (original Tom who has been there the longest, apparently there are three in total) and Cindy I was able to acquire a M10 x 1.0 die for repairing a thread on my moped crankshaft. This is after calling Home Depot, Lowes, visiting an ACE Hardware and calling another, no other hardware store had it on hand except for Euston. I am incredibly impressed at the availability in store so that I could make the repair on my cherished Maxi Sport and get it back on the road TODAY. The aspect that is equally impressive to the availability of the part is that I received a high five upon the purchase of this rare item! What an excellent experience.”

“The chicks I got here were both happy and healthy. The female attendant for the chickens was so sweet and helpful when she helped us with viewing and picking our chicks - I wish we got her name. The manager was also amazing for seeing us during his lunch break because he had to approve us only buying 2 chicks instead of 4. They sell everything you could need to start your own little backyard chicken coop. I've been coming here for over 5 years for various pet supplies and my experience has always been excellent.”

“I really like this place! The helpful hardware store is correct. They set themselves apart by being there for you. Asking if you need help. Figuring out solutions. Ace is a much easier in and out than Lowe's or Home Depot. They are also locally owned franchises. So you can support your community by shopping here. I still get some things at Lowe's but most of the time I'm shopping at Ace for tools, hardware, paint, lighting, etc. This time I needed some brackets to hold up a shelf (they had the right size in three colors) and some 40W appliance bulbs. They had those in clear or frosted. The store is very well organized, and incredibly well stocked! The employees were indeed helpful. I am a fan!”

Yet it’s still easy to navigate and the staff was helpful in guiding to the proper section of the store when needed.Prices are competitive to Home Depot but the facility feels cleaner.”
