“Absolutely Fantastic! Will highly recommend and continue to take my vehicles to Sallas for service and repair! Paul gave me updates every step of the inspection and repair process. The online inspection they share has pictures of the issues they find and allowed me to approve instantly of the repairs I wanted done now while keeping a record of items that will need service/repair in the future. ZERO pressure to do repairs/service I was unable to complete this trip or didn't feel I needed! Paul and the Service Tech answered my questions by walking me around my truck and showing me the issues along with their thoughts and recommendations. Just from my (horrible) descriptions of problems, they are often able to give me an idea what might be happening. They check and re-check everything to make sure they have the correct problem, then call with a fair price. The price they quote is the price I've paid, every time. “Can’t say enough great things about this place! We were visiting from out of town and were involved in a car accident. Our car had been towed to a place nearby, and when I called to see if they could replace the broken tie rod on the front wheel they said yes. Curtis was very kind and professional. We were staying at a hotel and had rented a car, which they seemed sympathetic about. They ordered the replacement parts, which arrived when promised and they had our car ready for us to drive home exactly when they promised.”
