I was treated with the utmost respect, given details about what would take place if the transmission had to be replaced. I already knew it was gone and most likely could not be revived. That was confirmed with a phone. Two days later, I picked my truck up with a new transmission, and explanation of what to expect. I met and was given the name and number of the office personnel, if I had any problems. (Which, I have had none.) I am thankful for folks who take care of you and not advantage of you when you’re caught between a rock and a hard place. I was able to make my return trip to Georgia on the date scheduled. Yeah”

“I had a great experience at NCC Muffler. I recently upgraded my vehicle to a tighter, lower suspension (only about 1/4 inch of clearance), and since it’s an older car, I expected the possibility of parts rattling loose. Unfortunately, there’s a huge rut in the road on Bannister Road west of 71 Hwy (if you know, you know), and it completely wrecked my exhaust system.
I only had one day off this week, so I needed a muffler shop that could get me in fast. Chris at NCC didn’t bat an eye, he got me scheduled that same morning and took care of everything. The service was quick, professional, and exactly what I needed.

“Had the transmission go out in our van on a Tuesday night. I had called Lees Summit Transmission the next day, and dropped it off Thursday morning. They had got a quote back to us late Friday afternoon, and were told it was going to take two weeks to get it back (due to the Christmas holiday and ordering of the transmission). We got our van back the following Wednesday 10 days earlier than expected. Plus we added a new belt to the order, and got new motor mounts put in. Couldn’t say enough kind things about Jan Very kind and helpful. We were kept in the loop the whole way. Very good communication. We’ll definitely be using these guys again!!”
