Within 20 minutes, they noted what I wanted, showed me similar products in stock, and started working on a custom design. I received the custom design within two business days, and we're continuing to work on it.The only thing they could do a bit better is price transparency. Like many jewelry stores, they gave an estimate in the form of a broad range, and they provide high list prices with promises of a discount.”
