The employees have always been kind and helpful to me and I can usually find just what I'm looking for (and even some things I didn't plan on getting!!). They price things fairly and accurately (I've been to other ReStores that feel overpriced) and always have a deal going on. Highly recommend.”

“I use Appliance Plus exclusively for my 160+ rental properties that I manage and Tom is always fast and fair. I had to leave a review after seeing the one star that PJ M. left. I don't know where you get a service call at your home no matter what they do, (even walk out after they look at it and say it can't be fixed and you have to replace it) and don't charge at least $100 for the call. It doesn't matter if they live close by or far away, you are paying them for their expertise of being able to figure it out quickly, having the parts they may already have on the truck that took them time to order and pick up and for driving to your house, fixing the problem and driving back to their shop. If it was such and easy fix, why didn't you fix it yourself? Its a very unfair review, Appliance Plus is fantastic.”

“Quality refrigeration has been excellent for us! We recently opened an independent frozen yogurt shop and purchased some Stoelting soft-serve machines second hand from a liquidator. Scott was able to drive nearly an hour and a half to our location to troubleshoot the issues, educate me on how the machine worked, and fix the machines. Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. “We been going thru easy home (rent one) for many years and I can’t tell you how quick and easy it is to buy thing from this location! Jesse Tim and both Stacey’s are super sweet and have amazing customer service! Me and my husband love coming here constantly… when we pay one thing off we instantly get something else thanks to Jesse ? this time she wasn’t there ? we got an entertainment center yesterday and got it delivered today and Tim was one of the ones that delivered it! Super quick and easy installation! But we told Tim it was ok to just leave it and we’ll do it ourselves!! It looks so nice in our house thanks to me picking it out!”

I told them when and what time the stayed late to deliver it. That’s customer service right there. I hope the higher up people recognize there dedication to people and customers. “The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

“I like how when you were looking around and shopping, you weren't harassed by workers asking you if you were finding everything okay. Sometimes you just want to browse, you know? However, if you did need assistance, it was easy to find a friendly, knowledgeable worker to assist you with finding something in particular. The store isn't overly crowded, and is setup just like any other location.”

When it's time to get a new appliance, I will always go to Clark's.I also love how connected they are. If you're in need of repairs, new counter tops, anything they know who to call.
