“BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!My wife and I were looking inistally to get boost mobile. We walked in that store with customers standing around counter waiting. But, I had noticed the cricket store location a few doors down in same strip mall. So, we ran for it, over to the cricket. Shi Alyn greeted us with the most warmest smile right before greeting us. She was attentive, amazing, informative and helpful. Everything you could ever ask from a sales person. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“The store that I went to first did not have the screen so the technician said he could order it. It’d be a week or two so he gave me a couple phone numbers from other stores. I called the store on Ward Parkway. Ask them if they had a screen, they did so went out there dropped it off. Amazing job very knowledgeable. I think his name is LOREN did a great job. Highly recommend.”

“Sent in my Red Magic 6 Pro and they did a superb job of fixing it. They also speak English so it was easy to get in, drop the phone off, and pick the phone up. I can't guarantee how the inside of my phone looks like in terms of cable management but all my lights work and every corner works. They made quick work of replacing my screen. He informed me I had water damage, I had already known but I did not know it was to the extent to where he could tell as soon as he opened it. I'll probably have this phone for a year or so before I replace it, but I recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their phone is in good hands. Hopefully I won't be coming here often but I probably will haha, great repair I hope for decades of prosperity for them.”

“The guy was really nice did my phone back in May. However not too long after I got it done I thought I had a screen protector and it cracked on my carpet but it finally went out so I’m going back today to fix it”
“Today I visited Boost for service. I felt my phone was not working like it should. A young man, Seth waited on me and within minutes he began to answer my questions and explained to me what needed to be done. Seth was so professional and kind to show me how to correct my mistake. I was not following through correctly to up grade my apps.It is nice to have professional young people work at a business with a smile and knowledge; providing good service. Thank You and thank you Seth.”
“Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.”
“well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. As far as they were concerned it was just part of customer service period and it was greatly appreciated!!”
“The man we saw this afternoon around 12 PM was so incredibly helpful to restore my mom‘s phone that had been overtaken by malware. She did not get this same level of help from a different cricket store in Kansas where she lives, so we came here. I really wish I would’ve gotten his name, but I hope somebody from management sees this and rewards this man.”

He recognized someone in need and immediately showed he got the gravity of her need. He took it upon himself to help my client apply and qualify for the government phone and service. He set everything up for her and made her day. This man needs a raise and praise for being an outstanding employee. I almost came back and offered to recommend him for a job at my company as a care taker! He is truly a jewel!!”
