They not only fixed issues but educated me and reviewed my records, suggesting potential offers I would benefit from. The store was well tended, which I can’t say about the authorized retailer I typically use. These guys were friendly, attentive, timely and knowledgeable. Even when dealing with another client whose expectations were they could fix things that have nothing to do with ATT, they politely offered alternative solutions and behaved respectfully to an obviously disrespectful visitor. “well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us.
