Sadly, The Staff what was there the day I went made everything else miserable.. I asked a question, I got looked at like I was a bother.. Not one person said Hello.. All 3 were rude and ruined my first experience in the Store.. I originally came in for a few Spices.. We wanted to look around a bit more but decided to just Check Out and leave..

“This is the best place for all your grain and feed needs. They have everything from dog toys and harnesses to chicken food to bird feeders and bird seed. Everyone is so friendly and inclusive of all people. I highly recommend this store which has been family owned and operated for its sixth generation and almost one hundred years.”

“This place has ? it ? all ?. And if they don't have it they love suggestions to add new plants! We get all our native plants and trees from here and the yard has never looked better. They also have a well cared for array of house plants we buy (sometimes they have more than one in a pot! Bargain!). And their veggie/herb selection is fire. We also come home with a variety of veggies for our greenhouse that we done need and definitely won't fit but they are so cool we can't say no!
The staff is so kind and helpful. We love them! Also they have a sick sale on second hand grow lights happening right now. RUN before it's too late (I snagged 2 for $25 each ) lolol”

“Best grass seed ! Fertilizer ! For great price. Even their mulch is better. I would get mulch at Lowe’s Walmart and 2-3weeks later mulch looks kinda old. Not Surburban mulch ! Much tree plant shrub selection and popcorn !!! Come on !!”
“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

“They always have what I needed at reasonable prices and idk if it was the manager or the owner, all I remember about him was his iPhone had twitter notifications like every 5 seconds which was kinda funny lol. He was extremely helpful though. He stands at the front door and helps people as soon as they come in the door. A huge 180 from big box hardware stores where I can never find an employee.”

“I just got back from this store and I had a great experience. There was a sale where if you buy a battery pack, you get a free tool. I had already purchased a stick vac, but didn't get the batteries. Even though i didn't have the receipt, Maria made sure I got the refund on the vac and purchase the batteries. She was really helpful, as well as the two people on the register. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but one was an older white woman, and the other was a young man with brown hair and glasses. Great customer service. I appreciate all of their help. Hopefully they get to receive this feedback.”

“Used these guys through "Mulch Smart" (Grandview) May 2023, where they delivered & installed 1 yard of dirt & 5 yards of cedar mulch. They did a good job & communicated pretty well. Reasonable price for the material. The quality of the cedar mulch was the best I had seen recently. The only negatives that I have is there was probably at least a yard too much mulch estimated for the job, and some of the smaller plants in the landscape beds were covered by mulch. I dug them out afterwards and no harm done. I would use them again.”
