“Proud resident for 5 years! One of the best downtown high-rise locations for views and modern apartment living! Plus it’s pretty sweet to only have to pay 1 bill per month due to rent and utilities all being rolled in one. This was my first experience living on my own so I think it’s the perfect place for people of all ages because of the great security staff on site 24/7 (shout out to Lily)! I appreciate all the great staff over the years of living here, and it’s hands down one of the best buildings when it comes to amenities like a full gym, study and kitchen areas, and resort-like rooftop pool! “This is a great place to live! The units are very nice and even have in-unit laundry. I enjoy the furnished lobby with Wifi, the 24-hr workout room, and the courtyard with outdoor seating. There is even a guest room that you can rent for visitors. Repair requests are fulfilled within one business day. The employees are very friendly and helpful, as are the neighbors.”
“I am a current student at WashU and have lived at the Landing for the past year and absolutely love the property! The management staff and maintenance team are very attentive and friendly and really work with you to fix any issues you have and made the move in process very smooth. They've recently upgraded the amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, and gym which are some of my favorites parts of the building and why I choose to live here as a WashU student despite being further from the university. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained. Overall, I really recommend living at the Landing, especially if you are a current student!”

Karen has made a special effort accommodating me and my partners needs with moving in and leasing assistance. After touring many apartments in STL, I am very satisfied with the pricing and the quality of the apartment. The high ceilings and spacious bathroom is high quality for the price. The tenants here have been super welcoming as well. Parking is great, amenities are very convienent. Have appreciated having the gym with the free covered/gated parking. The location is amazing, love being able to walk to the grocery store, target, clothing stores and restaurants. So far very happy with our move!”

The clear, concise and informative email communication allowed me to set up all my utilities in advance, make my initial payment in advance, and spelled out everything I needed to do ahead of time. Move in day was a breeze for me! Thanks to the staff in the office. My apartment was spotless upon move in. The unit itself (two bed / one bath) is large and just what I needed. The neighbors I have met so far have been quality people, friendly, kind and helpful. Overall this was a seamless move, I am 100% satisfied with my apartment. The staff here makes this a place that feels like home. I can't recommend Southwoods enough.”
“I've lived at Chroma/Hue for nearly 4 years now. Like any apartment complex (and I've lived in many across the country), it has its ups and downs. But one thing that stands out is the responsiveness and kindness of the staff—especially Maddie and Tyson, the complex managers. When things go wrong, they are quick to help and always handles situations with grace, even when they're out of there control.
For the cost and amenities, this place is absolutely worth it. The team does a great job keeping things consistently good—and often great.

“I lived here for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved it. It's a quiet apartment complex with high-end appliances and that luxury feel in probably the best street in STL. The amenities including gym and common area were never too crowded and well-maintained. I found myself appreciating how it wasn't too loud in the apartment complex on the weekends unlike some of the other luxury apartments in the area. The management staff has changed considerably since I've been a resident but they have always been very kind, helpful and accommodating, and maintenance requests were always performed seamlessly. Thank you Euclid for such a wonderful experience! If I didn't need to move out of state, I would still be living there.”

“I enjoyed living at Vanguard Heights for 4 years until a recent relocation and would have stayed longer if I could. Management was always friendly, and maintenance was quick to take care of any issues.”
“Nice apartments, exactly what you would expect, nothing too fancy but very clean. When I first moved in my apartment had brand new carpet. The only issue was a broken dishwasher which was replaced in about a week. Erin the building manager and Robert in charge of maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The building has an onsite parking garage for an additional fee and an uncovered lot that's always full. Some apartments have a balcony. Street parking near the building isn't terrible.Edit: After living here for about a year I decided to take off a star for a few reasons. We have had some issues with packages going missing and management has not really done anything to address these issues. I recently had some issues getting in touch with Erin which was a bit frustrating, and I am fortunate the issue I needed information about was not more serious. My understanding is that either the building or the company that owns the building was purchased and the building is under 'new management', though I suspect this may just be a name change/restructuring to make tracing any legal issues more difficult. There is a unit for sale in the building, and the listing indicates that owners pay an HOA fee of $350 per month (which I am assuming is built into most renters' monthly rent). Even though that HOA probably includes the water bill, since individual units are not metered, that is far too high for this building, as the only communal 'amenities' this covers is the somewhat unreliable elevator. I plan to keep living here for the time being, as I have yet to encounter any 'deal breakers'. The rent is fair given the location, but as I said before this place is nothing fancy.”

If I have any concerns, they always have prioritized finding a solution. Although the apartment walls are not entirely soundproof, both Tyler and Taylor have been proactive in their efforts to enforce quiet hours and resolve any noise-related issues. Additionally, the amenities here are top-notch and the apartment complex is always being updated to ensure a comfortable living experience.”
