I had the pleasure of being assisted by Raquel who is their private client banker and she was most helpful with what I set out to do and I even did a bit more which I had been meaning to do by having a great and thorough conversation with her as she informed me on the best routes to take for me personally. She is very knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful. It felt more personalized here than at other banks and also as though they truly want to assist in hitting financial goals. The store was also well maintained.”
