I went in this afternoon to get a passport photo & was expecting to come back for the picture but let me just say she is a WORKER! she took care of the people checking out. Took my picture, and was while I was doing my part for that, she went to go checkout others. Called for backup and then took care of me so I didn’t have to come back.
There’s more to this, but I thanked her for being so kind and a hard worker. She simply and kindly said, customer service is nothing to her as she loves to talk to people.

“After one thousand horrible experiences with big chain pharmacies, I switched to West Pine, and let me tell you—first, they made the switch SO easy. I just gave them my information over the phone and then they handled transferring prescriptions and everything themselves. Second, every single interaction I’ve had with them has been friendly, professional, and efficient. They call back quickly and answer questions thoroughly, they follow up with doctors and make sure I understand everything about insurance and prices and options. I’ve never had a problem filling a prescription promptly. And the free local delivery! I feel like this is the way businesses used to be decades ago before everything became corporate and horrible?? I love West Pine.”

“Not where I typically do my Sam's shopping. So the gas queue was a bit confusing for me. I did figure it out and got my gas.
Lines weren't long, which is why I decided to fuel there. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
I did notice every station attendant was on their phones having a good time. There was an elderly man who needed assistance, and another member helped him.”

Looks like they're starting to build a new store next door. Can't wait for that to be opened.
At least they honor rain checks for items that are on sale but sold out.”

“I consistently enjoy shopping at this location. I purchased a two-pack of Apple turnovers, but unfortunately, the baker omitted the Apple filling from the pastry. As I no longer have the receipt, I am unable to return the item. Please refrain from compromising on essential ingredients that comprise the product to save money.”

“My husband and I got my car serviced for new tires last month and the process was so smooth! The Costco mechanics were very friendly, easy to work with, and helpful! The tires were a great value and they even honored a price drop on our tires because we had purchased them just a few days before a promotion - so we saved an extra $90! The warranty for the tires is excellent and having a membership means you don't have to cover an installation fee, it doesn't get any better than that! Overall, we were very happy with our experience!”

“Emily and Leon at the Schnucks CVS at 6600 Clayton road are outstanding! Multiple times they have come through for me me when a prescription was stalled by the doctor's office. They always go the extra mile for me.
I always get a response from the pharmacy quickly when I leave a phone message.
They are also very knowledgeable not only about the medications but about working with doctor offices and insurance companies.
In addition, if I need a vaccination, this is where I go for a quick and painless experience for both myself and family members.”
