“Staff was generally friendly despite lots of customers and only a few of them. (Even those who hadn't interacted with me directly took the time to wish me a good day on my way out.) When I asked an employee who was busy stocking shelves where I needed to go to pick up photos, she quickly responded "I can help you," left what she was doing and came over to do just that. I had a unique situation and had to leave to get something I left behind, then had to come in again after receiving one set of photos. 3 visits total! Tymia was great throughout! She helped me get what I needed, was patient with my questions, kind, and found a solution to the problem we faced in finding the photos I had ordered. Definitely grateful for her help!”

The guy was very willing to be hands on helpful but respected I was going to go about picking random ones. He offered a bag at the end. Made it easier for when I had to checkout. Checkout was great. “This place is over the top and has almost everything I need. I'm not from Missouri and am still finding it difficult to find fresh ochre, but they had it frozen. They also had salt pork when I couldn't find hammocks. Made my holiday dishes so much better to cook with ingredients I'm used to. What is over the top is all the precooked food! It's amazing.”

“Great selection of produce, organic foods, and beer & liquor. The pre-made meals here are the best I've had from any grocery store, although some can be a bit pricey. The location is great as it is steps from the I-64 Brentwood metro stop, which is a godsend as I do not have a car. I've been shopping here regularly for a couple years now and have yet to have a bad experience. Aisles are always clean, food/alcohol displays are fun and eye-catching, and the selections are great. The wine section has choice wines displayed separately with descriptions of each, which is useful for people like me who are always looking to try new wines. Prices are generally slightly more expensive than Schnucks, but the overall experience is better, and the location is unbeatable if you utilize public transport, making Dierbergs my preferred grocery spot in the St. Louis area.”

When you call there is no automated voice telling you to put in your birthdate, name and the prescription number like all the others do, you can talk to someone as soon as you call, but in my case I never have to call because my medicine is at the door right on time. I have never received this kind of excellant service from any other pharmacy in my 76 years.”

“The store is clean and organized. However, the cashier gave me a total ($93.xx) that was not on the screen or receipt and then gave me the receipt, and it was higher by a couple of dollars. I asked her about it and she said it was my rewards total... wrong the total was $95.XX, my rewards amount was $76. Then she told me it was because of tax... wrong my sub total was $91.xx. so she snatched the receipt out of my hand and said, Listen to me lady... Excuse me I don't know who she thinks she was dealing with, but no don't ever treat any customer like that!! I will NOT go back to this location and will tell my experience!!!”
