There were 3 people working behind the counter. All busy with customers in a friendly manner. As soon as one was done immediately asked if they could help me. Scanned my package and helpfully asked if I wanted the drop-off receipt. I have already received an email from the vendor that they have the return in their system. I would not hesitate to use this store in the future.”
“I had 2 photographs that I needed some details removed in order to frame as a gift. I heard about The Photo Pros on a local news show & they offered the services I was looking for. I needed a person removed from one photo & the cut on side of a fish closed on another. I am beyond pleased with what they could do. You see no evidence of either item I needed fixed & I had the photos then put on metal frames they offered. I can’t thank them enough for this special gift I’ll be giving at Christmas. I highly recommend them to help with any photo issues you may have”

“I went to this location about a week ago and I was very pleased with the customer service! Katherine, (I only glanced at her nametag so I'm not certain that was her name) was incredibly helpful and printed my return address labels quickly! I didn't even have a design and she created one for me right there on the spot! Absolutely incredible customer service. Also, while I was waiting another customer came up to the counter and spoke very rudely to her while she was helping me, and she handled it very professionally. It's such a shame that a great employee has to deal with such rude and entitled customers while also being extremely helpful and doing all that they can. She deserves to be rewarded for the exceptional service!! I will definitely be back to this location!”
“I had such a positive experience with the Minuteman Press team at Kirkwood Rd. and Big Bend on 9/19. I was working on a small project for my job and ran into some printing difficulties. Since they’re located close to my school, I reached out, and I’m so glad I did.
From the very first conversation, the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive. They took the time to listen as I explained my situation and immediately offered solutions to get everything resolved. The job was completed quickly and with great care.

I asked him to help me find something and he did, he answered some additional questions I had and then he checked me out (I found some AMAZING deals!) & then he checked me out and explained the benefits of taking advantage of the package office depot offers to help reduce costs for large orders! It's been a nightmare shopping at most retail places recently but this location was clean & organized and Carlos provided exceptional customer service!”
“Custom MUG I wanted to put a picture on a 11 oz mug and it was difficult to find a place to do it. In St. Louis i could only find a place with a minimum of 36, and my on line photo service wanted $15 +$15 shipping. I called Hi Tech Copy on a whim and they do them for about $6.00 plus a $4.00 set up. The mug was done in a few hours and was excellent, extremely professional and dishwasher safe. They could also do a 15oz mug. I highly recommend Hi Tech Copy. Actually everything they do is Hi Quality.”
