“This place is the absolute best. The staff here is knowledgeable and polite even when I slip in 7 minutes to close. They always answer every question I have and continue to find better quality yet lower cost methods of shipping the various items I sell online. I have come in for notary services, shipping needs, and once or twice just for a roll of tape and a pen. The manager Tom is smart as a whip and his customer service skills make you feel like you're the only one in line. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will never go anywhere else.”

“Quick in and out. Make sure you already printed a label and affixed it to your package. This access point is inside an auto parts store and they do not have boxes or a way to print your label. They are just a drop off point for a UPS driver to pick up from.”

I never have a long wait in line, they always greet you when you walk in (and a genuine greeting, not the pre-programmed welcome you'd get at, say, a Moe's). The staff there have been much more personable and helpful than other post offices. As others have shared, Dottie rocks passport renewals! She carefully reviewed our applications today, stapled our checks to the appropriate spot on the form, and told me when and how to check on the progress of our renewal. Thank you Dottie!”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

“I shipped a package from the 3025 S. Hanley location in Maplewood, Missouri. The FedEx associate that attended to me was named Christy. I don't know if she was a manager or not, but she was a shining example of what they should all strive to be like. She was professional and delivered fast and friendly service with a smile. She knew all the rules and regulations regarding package handling and even gave me tips on how to make the process easier for me. She treated me like a visiting friend instead of just another customer. Consider me impressed and highly satisfied.”

For what it's worth I'm in Texas and was trying to get some large format prints in a rush for a colleague who is currently working in their area. In my rush to get these prints in time I sent the wrong file, once I realized it I got ahold of them and they were very understanding and accommodating and made sure I was still able to get the prints in the time frame I needed. My colleague said they looked great and they had a great experience at the store.
