“They have definitely gone above and beyond at Big Cedar Lodge. We are staying in one of their cottages and it is beautiful! Well kept, clean, roomy and has tons of extras ( like drinks and snacks in the room, at no extra charge)”
“The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the buffet is big but some of the food has sit to long and dried out and the only desert they offered was cookies. Really disappointing for $21.99 per person and on a Friday night. Everything else was great, we had so much fun in the fun spot with lots of games to choose from.”
“I found this motel by accident but it is very nice. Tesla car chargers (not free), outdoor pool, hot tubs, full bar. Excellent staff and reasonable for the quality. A stream also passes by the hot tubs with a small waterfall and absolutely clear water. Excellent overall experience.”

“It was right on the strip so easy walking access to everything and like 10 mins to Silver Dollar City. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool. Rooms were a little outdated but super clean.”
“We returned to Rockwood this year. We had not been to the lake for a few years, and we had a blast! It is the ideal place for our extended family. Easy access to the lake, the boat slips are a must for us, close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping, and off lake activities. The condos are perfect for large or small groups. Nicely appointed rooms, large kitchen, multiple bathrooms, patio, lots of space.”
“A really nice BW location. The building is a little out dated, but the quality of the rooms make up for it. Staff were the real highlight of our visit. These people who work here, especially the front desk, are the ones that will have us coming back. Super friendly and accommodating.”

“The only downside that I have is that it gets very hot in the bedrooms, there are no vents in the bedrooms. You can plainly hear people in the surrounding rooms to the sides, above and below.”
“Instead of going to the main strip in Branson, head to The Pointe Bar & Grill. It is very close to town and easy to get to. The prices are the best in town, the food is wonderful, and the staff is great! We are breakfast there almost every morning and tried various things. It was all good. The big fluffy omelet and the biscuits and gravy were wonderful. We would highly recommend!”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were smaller than we were anticipating. We had a hard time squeezing in a rollaway bed for our family of 5 and we ended up with lots of bruised shins during our stay.
The bathrooms are even smaller. One person has to do a shuffle getting in and out of the bathroom while closing and opening the door.
The pool and hot tub were clean. There were plenty of towels in the pool area. Breakfast was decent. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Pink mold was forming in the corners around the bathroom.
We had a good stay but I wouldn't advise more than 2-3 people per room. If Fairfield is usually that snug we'll probably avoid staying at that chain in the future.

“This is located right on the outskirts of downtown Branson, off of 165 highway. There is a person who monitors the gate, making sure you have serious intent of coming into this homeowner's association. Homes are from condos to stay alone homes. The clubhouse is located less than 1 mile from the entrance. Easy parking access to the clubhouse. The restaurant closes by 6 p.m. and this could alter plans for dinner nearby. Golf is affordable on this course compared to other golf courses in Branson. Carts have GPS and there are a few challenging holes on the course, including difficult hills and water traps. Signs keep you from getting lost and we weren't rushed during the round of golf. Overall, a nice time at the Pointe Royale Golf Course.”

“This place has been good to my family as we get our lives settled out here from moving here from Arizona I love all the workers here have been amazing to us an my autistic son loves them all as well new management feels like family has he knowledge my son with open arms with our judgement as folks in Arizona always ask me wats wrong with him Brandy stays on top of things during the day as Chris handles the night to make it safe from all the old rift raft stuff I'ma miss it here wen we move from here son as I got to meet so many travelers who fell in love with my dog Zelda who's been a huge start here the big red dog lol thanks red roof for everything on helping my family adjust to this amazing state as wen we come into town we will always stay here...”

“Stayed here over the Memorial Holiday weekend... Rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the kids loved the pool! Also, the owner, Dan, was amazing and super friendly! He even let us build a campfire and roast hot dogs one evening! We will definitely be booking another stay again very soon!!!”

“Room was clean, bed comfortable and the room was pleasantly quiet. Being close to elevator, I was concerned it might be a distraction, but it was not at all. “Balcony” was concreted in; door was not operational, but I did not have a need for it anyway. There was no remote, but when I called the desk they sent someone up with a new one and he programmed it right there. The front desk agents were polite and helpful. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was nicely kept up. Had it not been winter and snow on the ground I would have utilized the walkability of the hotel in proximity to several restaurant and store options. I also appreciated the enclosed closet space and separate ironing board, iron cabinet. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. The water pressure was much better than other places I have stayed and the tub delightfully not slippery.
I had not need, but coffee and microwave convenient in the room and a nicely sized mini fridge was available.
My only negative was the heat was inconsistent. It would get VERY warm and then EXCEPTIONALLY cool throughout the night.”
“We have been staying at Lazy Lee’s for 6 years in a row now for our annual fishing trip. The fishing is great and our service we get at the resort is excellent. The cabins are nice and up to date, the boat dock is close and well kept, and the cleaning station works well. Ron and Joy are so nice and easy to deal with. We look forward to being back next year”

“I had a 3 night rental. That room had a standing shower and no mini fridge. The weekly rental I got into after has everything I could want. The bed is pretty comfy and the maintenance guy came by to fix the other things someone had trashed before me. I have had a wonderful experience here since I arrived. The restaurant beside the hotel has a buffet that is outstanding for breakfast. All in all I think this is a good place to stay.”

Rooms: Rustic, country, conformable.
Walkability: Great if you are capable
Noteworthy details: Roads are not great for boats/trailers.
But a good place to have a golf cart to drive around.”
