“I want to preface this by saying this place is a lil piece of heaven.. Everything about it.. The seed options, the spices, the building itself, the creaking floors.. I was in my Happy Place.. Sadly, The Staff what was there the day I went made everything else miserable.. I asked a question, I got looked at like I was a bother.. Not one person said Hello.. All 3 were rude and ruined my first experience in the Store.. I originally came in for a few Spices.. We wanted to look around a bit more but decided to just Check Out and leave.. I was so excited to go in there that day.. Husband even drove 45 mins out of the way so he could take me.. Staff is EVERYTHING..”

“Wow what a store! They have just about everything you could ever need from an industrial hardware store. It's clean and well kept and many of the staff are very knowledgeable about their departments. I happened to notice they have several Spanish speakers on staff as well which can be helpful. Last time I was in I dealt with one of the managers, I believe his name was Mike. Young guy with a beard, he was a rockstar. Knew where everything on my list was and even managed to help me rig up some piping for a custom DIY I was working on.”
631 Kansas Ave, Kansas City KS 66105
“I love this place. It's family owned, and they are so friendly and helpful it reminds me of a small town store. You will probably meet a family member when you walk in. Whatever your project, they can advise on the best way to fix it. For a small store, they usually have what I need.”
5009 NE Vivion Rd, Kansas City MO 64119
“The manager Scott and one of the employees, Mason, went above and beyond for me! I purchased something 2 days ago which became very hard to start after the first use. This particular product is usually a no return policy, but I explained the problem and that id be happy to trade it in for a higher quality one, to which he accepted and helped me learn the new equipment! Thank you for you understanding and help!”

“I been watching videos and have family nearby managed to get to catch the Saturday pancakes day! Didn't have any pancakes with my purchase, but was allowed to free roam the basement without supervision! Being a tool nut my nuttiness went crazy. If you are a tool nut this is a must In Kansas City! I would love to stayed longer and listen to more stories. If you want to decorate your shop, garage or home. This is a good place to start and you can pickup some tools to help with the remodel. Now to plan my next trip to explore the madness of Harry J Epstein a hand tools store!”
395 NW Barry Rd, Kansas City MO 64155
“They still have decent products and there’s money to be saved, but they really need to step up their game. For example, Craftsman mechanic sets are cheaper and better quality. Even Walmart’s Hart and Hyper Tough lines are starting to outperform them when it comes to affordable, good enough tools for DIY and home projects.”

“This home depo has the best family of staff you will ever meat. They work together to ensure you leave this store with what you need. Sometimes you want to buy something there will be someone asking if you want a little advise between brands. That makes a big difference sometimes. I really appreciate and don't find this treatment or treasure anywhere else. Except maybe a place in Maysville MO, an old mom and pop kinda store. They help you get what your doing done. Above and beyond. ?”
