“Abigail Watson at Community America St. Peters was incredible! I was trying to sell my old vehicle and needed a Lien Release form, which can take a few days to process. To make matters more complicated my previous Credit Union had merged with Community America, so it wasn't super easy to locate my old information. However, Abigail went above and beyond to help me out! She was able to locate, notarize, and provide my paper work within a matter of 15 minutes.”

“Pamela was such a pleasure to interact with during today’s visit. I needed to get quite a bit of copies of paperwork for an apartment I’m applying to. And she was so pleasant about printing all the paperwork off for me and stamping them one by one. She didn’t complain or seem irritable not once. She was so helpful. “I went in the bank a few weeks ago to ask a question and there was a long line. I'm disabled so standing is pretty painful after a bit so I sat down and waited. Eventually I walked in Marila Zhukovas office to see if she could answer my question regarding my mom's account and although she was very busy she stopped what she was doing and took the time to not only answer my question but to give me guidance on what I should do going forward. She exceeded an expertise level in customer service that day. Neighbors you found a gem. And to be fair to all of the other associates at this branch, I must say in 5 years I've never had an unpleasant experience. I would highly suggest banking here and that says a lot because I'm not actually a customer, my mom is. But because of Marila, I'm thinking of opening a savings account now.”

I would like to start by expressing my sincere appreciation for Shannon and Sam at this branch.
Shannon went above and beyond her duties in assisting me today, taking the time to correct and clean up issues that had been created previously by multiple individuals. Her attention to detail and willingness to step in and resolve the situation did not go unnoticed.
I would also like to thank Sam for his professionalism and hands-on approach. He made it a priority to understand the situation and work toward a resolution, which helped ease what has been a very stressful experience.
Because of their efforts, I feel more confident that my concerns are being taken seriously and properly addressed. Their level of service is exactly what members should expect.
That said, I do believe there is an opportunity for improvement in overall communication. Some of the earlier interactions I experienced did not reflect the same level of care, clarity, or responsiveness. As a member, it is important to feel heard, valued, and informed throughout the process.
I truly appreciate Shannon and Sam for turning this experience around, and I hope their standard of service can be reflected more consistently across the team.

While I previously shared my appreciation for Shannon and Sam—and I stand by that completely—I also need to address concerns regarding other interactions I’ve had.
Unfortunately, my experience with Roseanne and Justin did not reflect the same level of professionalism or urgency. There was a noticeable lack of communication and follow-through, and when I was finally contacted, the approach did not feel solution-oriented. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing the conversation.
Consistency in customer service is extremely important, especially in the banking industry, where trust and clear communication are critical. My experience varied significantly depending on who I spoke with, which is concerning.
I am giving this location five stars solely because of the exceptional service provided by Shannon and Sam. Without their involvement, my rating would have been significantly lower.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve overall service consistency for all members.”
“I wanted to share my experience with Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union at 1421 Jungermann Rd in St. Peters, MO. On our way home from a difficult trip to St. Louis, where we learned that our three-year-old son would need to be hospitalized for an upcoming treatment, our day went from bad to worse when water spilled all over the back of our car, soaking his car seat. We pulled into the parking lot to try and clean up the mess. As I comforted my son, my husband did his best to clean up with what we had on hand.
Out of nowhere, a lady who works at Gateway Metro ran out to our car with a roll of paper towels, offering to help. We were complete strangers to her, yet she saw our struggle and took the time to bring us a little relief during an otherwise dark moment. My husband and I were both choked up by this act of kindness.
If this is how they treat strangers, I can only imagine the incredible customer service they must provide to their members. We are beyond grateful for this simple gesture that meant the world to our little family today. Thank you to the lady at Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union for being a ray of light when we needed it most.”

“I have banked with Together for a number of years (going back to American Eagle CU). In this time I have used the Creve Couer branch for the last 3 years or so. In general, I would typically have nothing good or bad to say. I’ve had issues, but they always make things right. Well more recently, I have had experiences that have surpassed even the highest expectations. This level of service was provided by a gentleman named David. David exemplifies the meaning of empathy and he goes above and beyond to help legacy customers like myself. I have recently started my own business and as many business owners know, the first couple years can be pure hell. With having to deal with multiple entities for billing needs, deposits, and other banking transactions…mistakes happen. David not only takes time to properly research (and resolve) the issue; he also takes into consideration the seniority of the customer and OVERALL account history. Because of his diligence, he typically is able to narrow down the root cause and give tips on how to prevent things from reoccurring. In the instances where I am impacted negatively by another entities mistake, David still makes a valiant effort to uphold the business’s needs while satisfying the customer. To sum things up, David has managed to reincorporate a lost art in the business world…empathy, compassion, and most importantly…humanity. Treating people like people and not just another account NUMBER. Thank you David! You just earned this branch a 5 star from me.”
