“I recently purchased an area rug from Amini's and had a fantastic experience working with Megan! I live in Chicago and was in St. Louis for a few days and decided to stop by Amini's. Megan and I talked about designs, materials and budget, and she showed me different options at several price points to consider. We found the perfect rug, and Megan went above and beyond to ensure the rug met my budget and I was happy with my investment. Amini's was able to hold the rug in their warehouse for a few weeks until I was ready to pick it up, which was a huge relief. Megan was so awesome to work with through the whole process, and she never made me feel rushed or pressured to "just pick one." Amini's has a high standard of customer service and Megan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'll absolutely come down from Chicago again the next time I'm looking for indoor and outdoor furniture or furnishings. Thanks, Megan!!”

“The service here both in store and with the service tech was amazing! Julie was very friendly and not pushy at all when it came to selecting my sectional. When I brought it home and discovered some broken wires and connectors for the reclining motors, it was very easy to set up a service call. The service tech Jermaine was just as friendly, knowledgeable and patient as he replaced the motors. Sectional works just as it should now!”

“I spent several hours with my mom in The White Hare. They have a great mix of unique one of a kind items and handmade decorations. You can custom design your furniture. My mom spent a long time looking at different combinations with the staff for potential new furniture. I loved the seasonal decorations and creativity of the handmade decorations, displays and tablescapes. The store is two stories and each room is decorated differently. They also have gift items and accessories, perfect for a special occasion or holiday.”

However, we noticed that the menu is quite limited, offering only one entree for vegetarians. Additionally, we observed that the acoustics in the room furthest from the entrance were poor, with noticeable echo. Perhaps improvements can be made to provide more menu options for vegetarians and address the acoustics for a more enjoyable dining atmosphere.”
“Over the weekend I had great service at the gun counter. I left a great review for the gentlemen that helped me and made sure I had everything I needed. I returned during the week to pick up my purchase and was basically ignored for 20 minutes. I went on my break expecting to be in and out since I was only picking up something I already purchased. In my opinion it was a crap show. I guess the employee in plain clothes waiting for approval was more important. They could multi task, I saw it done on a busy weekend. Took 40 minutes to get out of there.”
“I can say Mark was very helpful. The differences in your products are quite telling! He did not bad mouth other brands that I brought up and provided me with info on how Sleep Number is the far better option! I do wish you could match some of the other products perks (pillows),when you’re purchasing a $7K bed a $100 a set of pillows should be included for the complete experience of your technology! Since we won’t receive our bed until mid January (???) I can’t say that our experience can be judged until then”

I’ve ordered a couple items from VCF over the years, and everything along with delivery and assembly has been great. ..but on my most recent purchase I had to cancel my order about a week later (due to my fault of error of measurements.) They were so kind and helpful, even when I called to make this return. That says a lot about their excellent customer service, and I will be sure to shop this location for my upcoming furniture needs!
