The staff is friendly and very empathetic. You feel as if they treat your pet as an individual and not just part of a huge business. One of my little dogs had kidney failure at 14 l/2, and they helped me care for her at home with subcutaneous injections of IV fluids for three months until they were no longer effective. Test results come back quick and they have the medications on-site that our pets need. The vets and vet techs take time to explain what's going on with your pet and have different solutions for what might suit your needs best. I never feel pressured into expensive tests and they are very professional and patient as you process the information. It's very clean and smells nice. They even have pocket doors to the exam rooms so your pet is safe from doors opening.
