I brought my dog Nala in, and from the moment we arrived, the kindness and professionalism of the staff stood out. Nala is a puggle with a short double coat—meaning she sheds constantly—but somehow they worked magic. She came home not only looking beautiful but feeling unbelievably soft. I mean soft soft—like, you wouldn’t even believe the difference.
What meant the most to me, though, was how happy and comfortable she was. You can always tell when your dog has been treated with care, and Nala was relaxed, content, and clearly well taken care of. That level of compassion and attention speaks volumes.
Because of this experience, I will absolutely be bringing my other pups here as well. Finding a place you can trust with your pets is everything, and this is definitely one of those places.
If you’re looking for a safe, welcoming environment with high-quality grooming and genuinely caring professionals, I highly recommend North County Pet Grooming. They truly went above and beyond.

2685 North Hwy 67, FlorissantWe have gone to Cross Keys since our dog was a new puppy, and she is 18 now! We drive from CWE to see them! They saved us a lot of money one time when we went camping and she got covered in tics. Because we wanted to address it immediately but it was Sunday, we went to Banfield who advised us they charge $20 per tic to pick them off. It would have cost us hundreds and we were young and broke back then. I would have done it but first I decided to call Cross Keys, they said just get an over the counter flee collar and they will drop off really quickly on their own, and it worked great and really quickly for $15! Now in her old age they are helping us make sure she stayed healthy and feels comfortable, with what feels like a really honest feedback on what she needs and what matters, vs things they probably could make a buck on but is a natural part of aging and better off left alone at her age. I really appreciate them and have always felt they know what they are talking about so well, and care first and foremost about taking the best care possible of our pup.

I watched a Hispanic woman take orders then go in the building for 10 mins before she took anymore orders, she was the only one taking orders. I may never visit this 7brew again that's too much wasted time, especially if you're trying to stop on your way to work don't stop here or you'll be late. Other than the service the drinks are really good!
