The employee helpfully explained what I really needed and was patient as I grabbed additional documentation from my car. He helped me get set up on the machine. I had a package to send on top of this, and even though I failed to tape it or attach my pre-paid printout before dropping it off, he took it back with no complaint and provided me the receipt.
