He took initiative and went above and beyond. As a woman, I did not feel like it was weird and genuinely could tell he would do that for anyone. Dude is super kind and educated. “Right at closing on a Sunday night, our little family rolled into O'Reilly with car issues. My husband knew how to fix it, but it wouldn't have been possible without Jon and his coworker. Their assistance was awesome- even though it was after the store closed & way outside of their job descriptions. Little acts of extreme kindness are incredibly appreciated.”

I really wish I could remember the guy's name who helped me specifically, but for the life of me, it is just not coming to mind even though I specifically said it out loud so that I would remember it. I went in this afternoon to ask about changing a front light in my corolla. He was able to look up the specific light I needed for my car and after paying, he walked out with me and switched it out for me. THANK YOU! I really appreciate how quick and helpful he was and I know that if I ever need other auto part stuff, I can visit this location since it is so close to my house.”

“Need a battery tested and charged this is the place to go. They will even give you a report card of this battery if bad and still under warranty for use of replacement. Very happy with the lady who helped me. Awesome service!”
