“Many of the clothing items were on sale at discounted rates ranging from 20% to 50%. The offers were really good. The staff was very helpful in assisting customers with their selections. The counter staff was amazing, doing their best to offer additional concessions where possible. I believe these offers are available for only two days. However, the items at Old Navy are worth it any day. We have always loved Old Navy clothes!”
“Just wanted you to know that I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. People stop me at airports, someone stopped me in Estes Park last month, and the women in the Caribbean loved my hair! I know my color isn’t easy and I can be a bit of a brat about it but you always come through! Thank you thank you thank you!

“Just left. Came in right before close and the staff made me feel welcome. Darrell was very kind and another young gentleman with freckles and curly hair also took good care of me. Being in the service industry, I understand the stress of last-minute customers so them being so welcoming is very much so recognized.”
“Great place to get toys or clothes for kids. Store was well stocked and organized, staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Checkout was easy and simple. The store was easy to find and had ample parking. It is in an older building but it looked well maintained and clean.”
“I went to the Webster Grove location the day before Mardi Gras looking for a specific print to wear to the parade. The staff said they couldn’t do it at their location today (understandably) but could send me to the Kirkwood location to have it printed right away. I had my 8 month old baby with me so they even took the time to call the other location and that staff came outside, got the hoodie from me, took it inside to print it, and then brought it back to my car so I didn’t have to get my baby back out. Excellent customer service!! Fast and kind. I will be back! Thank you.”
“Upon walking in, my partner and I were greeted with a warm welcome. I mentioned looking for a gift and that I wanted something bunny oriented. The person working said she had just the thing, and she did! She brought something to us from the back and it was perfect! She even gift wrapped it. I would definitely recommend City Sprouts for baby and children gifts.”
“Right when I walked in the door the staff immediately greeted me & were more than willing to help me find what I was looking for. While shopping around and just browsing the store the staff weren’t overbearing, giving me enough space to check out practically every single cute little baby outfit at my own pace but they were always right there anytime I had a question or needed assistance. They only minor thing that could have made this experience better was the fact that right when I pulled up I saw a big ladder in the front display window causing me to almost not go in because I thought they were closed for construction or something? Other than that it was perfect & the clothes were precious with decent prices.”

“I had an issue with a gift card here that was not the fault of the store's. The lovely manager was incredibly patient and did everything she could to help me, taking 45 minutes out of a busy day. She was unnecessarily apologetic and kind throughout the whole process.”
“I love athleta clothes. The staff who work the dressing room are always attentive and super helpful. I give this location 4 stars because they are a bit small and it always seems like when I shop there, there is always one item that I will have to order online. It is very nice to have the store front so I can try on different sizes and know exactly what I need to order online. Their POS system is a bit out dated so simple exchanges often come with returning and repurchasing and online purchases do not talk to the in store purchase which can be a bit confusing and annoying but they have always figured out a way to find what I need and take care of things needing to be returned.”

“I really like Penney's, they have a good selection and good prices, even though like everyone else there's not enough help. However, a recent experience ordering made me think I never want to order anything again. I ordered two pairs of men's shorts that were supposed to be shipped to the store. That was on July 2nd. Two weeks later I'm still waiting and have heard nothing. I called the store once, and they said that they would check into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything, so I finally just went over to the store to see if they had any in the store. Turns out they had a table full of them. I went ahead and bought two pair, though they're $6 more each than they were online. Called again, asking if I could just get a price adjustment, but she told me I have to go to the store to do that. No one ever told me why on earth they didn't ship them to the store, but it's been annoying and I could have had them all along. I'm usually not an online shopper anyway, not sure why I ordered them but I guess it was because of the sale. I'm thinking I probably won't do it again.”
“Saw some dresses online that I liked, so I went into the store to try them on. To my surprise, I was met with friendly and helpful sales associates from the moment I walked in to the time that I left. Would definitely go back!”
“It was a wonderful experience. On this past sunday about 3pm, the store was clean and stocked with clothing. When I asked for assistance; the young lady with the long brown hair helped me picking out an outfit for my daughter's spring Pic day. We got other verbal opinions including from her other colleague and manager which was awesome. The young lady at check out was also patient and nice. I will be returning in the future to this location.”

“The 4 stars for this location goes only because of the employee Janice. I’m hoping I’m spelling it correctly. I happen to run into her every time I go shopping there and she’s always with a smile in her face and ready to help. Such a difference from the other girls that work there that seem to hate their job. I love H&M and you guys need more employees to represent you well like she does.”
