“I came about a month ago and they didn’t have the oil my car needed. I tried multiple times to return and get the oil change and the line is often several cars deep. This week I had the time to get it done but I was there for over an hour. The all female team is fantastic and I try to go there as often as I can. The wait is the only thing that makes it difficult to give a full 5 stars.”

“I had a very good experience taking my truck to Dobbs Tire & Auto. From the moment I arrived, Colby got me checked in quickly and made sure I was taken care of. He was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process.
Tim did an exceptional job diagnosing the fuel leak and getting to the root of the problem. He was very quick to replace the fuel pump and get my truck back on the road. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled without feeling rushed or like I was being left in the dark.
The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I was kept informed about what they found, what needed to be done, and the progress of the repair. Everything was quick, professional, and straightforward.

“Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). THANK YOU Dobbs!!”
“It’s been a hard finding an auto service location that I feel will not try to milk you for as much money as possible. I read the reviews on here and went up and spoke to them first and immediately knew this was a place that would not only treat me right but would actually analyze the issue and make sure to only do what needed to be done and not come up with a bunch of other things I needed to have done. With the issue I had it would have been easy.
It’s really great to have found a place where they take their reputation seriously, do a good job for a decent price. This is my new go-to place for any issues I may have in the future.

I called Dobbs and they said bring it on in so I got there around five and they close at six but they got me done by about 615 and it was only 30 bucks. Disaster averted, great job Dobbs!!”
