Within the first 5 minutes of talking to Ennis, I know this was the place to be. He answered all questions and even gave information that you didn't think about. Ennis is very patient and he doesn't pressure you or rush you, instead he lets you know how passionate he is about his job, and that he's there to make sure that you're ? percent satisfied. Your car will not leave his shop until he's 100 percent satisfied as well. I've been buying wheels over the years, and without a doubt, this was my best experience ever. Treated with respect, very clean environment and delivered as promised. A wonderful experience. ???? Oh, by the way, no vibrations or shaking at any speed. Feels like factory, with much better handling.”

“I'd used service at this location under a previous owner, and stopped after a less than stellar experience. I've gone back several times since Telle took over for small issues. Today I got a set of tires from them for my old truck. I'm very pleased with the service I got. Everyone with whom I've dealt was friendly and responsive, and Telle's prices were very competitive. Based on this experience, I won't go anywhere else for oil changes and tire rotations for the truck and my wife's car.”

“Rasch is FANTASTIC! My parents and grandparents have been using them for years, but this was my first experience, personally. They got me in quickly, gave me honest answers, didn’t overcharge me or try to force me to do anything that wasn’t necessary and kept me updated the whole way through (even calling to let me know there would be a delay in service due to the ice storm preventing employees from getting to work). Honestly, they ease all of the fears you have when going to the mechanic! I spoke with several people, who were all very courteous and helpful, but Dave takes the cake! He was amazing!! I’ll admit, I’ve bounced around with mechanics prior to this, but I will be using Rasch, exclusively, going forward!”

“I was able to get a used 205/60r16 tire for $66 out the door. I got a flat on a Sunday night. Columbus Day was the next day and it was difficult for me to find a place that was open and had what I needed at a price I could afford on the fly. They were open and they had what I needed so I could get back to work without spending a ton of money.They were fast and they picked up the phone when I called, unlike some other places. Almost every other place wanted to charge me $120+ for a new tire and no one else had a used one available.Thank you guys for being open, professional, fast, and affordable. I really appreciate it!”

“I requested a service to be done on my car and a safety and emissions test. I was called and told that it didn't pass emissions but they could make a repair that saved me so much money, the same repair that DOBBS tire and auto was going to charge an exponential amount. I will not have ANYONE else but Greentree Tire and Auto work on any vehicle of mine again. They went above and beyond. Forever grateful. I hope the gift basket I sent them was delicious. “[Now known as R&G Tire :) ]On my way to Vetta, with 2 eager boys who want to play in their soccer games, I had a flat! I was able to pull safely into their parking lot. 1 hour before closing time and the manager/owner on duty was an angel! Without hesitation he got my keys, got the tire off and discovered it was punctured and not fixable .He communicated effectively every step of the way and even said: I just want to get you to where your supposed be as quick as possible!He put a used (but high quality) tire on , no charge and we hit the road.30 minutes total!I’m so grateful for the professionalism and also the kindness.
