“Went to get an oil change today, and I wanted to boast about my experience with Valvoline! Took three small children with me to get said oil change, as almost every parent knows it’s never a fun experience to sit and have to wait. But they were so nice and had drinks and snacks readily available as well as gave them each a little toy to keep them busy! The customer service was 10 out of 10, they have 15 minute drive-through oil changes would highly recommend them!! I will be going there every time!”

Had a bad experience with our Marshall location, Gary offered to set aside a set (I was on my way to the store and we couldn’t figure out how to prepay for them) this was about to be critical for my family, and I really appreciate his empathy and understanding.
