At other banks (especially the big banks) I felt more like a number dealing with low level managers that had inflexible rules that didn't work with my business problems. “I cannot give enough compliments to Micaela at the Creve Coeur location. We arrived at 5:05pm after being turned away from First Bank for a service for elderly customers that many banks refuse to participate in. The staff at CB opened their doors for us, welcomed my mother in, and Micaela spent the next 45 minutes after hours helping my mother get this special account set up. We were so happy to complete this and that she was willing to stay to help us. Her efforts went above and beyond and will not be forgotten.”

“I want to highlight the exemplary customer service we received from CHASE PHILIPP (150 N. Meramec, Clayton, MO 63105). Chase took care of our trust being added to our Enterprise accounts and notarizing a Quit Claim for a property in another state. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and was able to locate a witness for us. Chase always had a smile on his face and greeted us with a handshake and by our names.
