“This is one of the newer Aldi's, with big carts and wide aisles. The produce here is usually pretty good.I'm bummed that they have so many self checkouts, which means fewer staff. There was only one checker this morning, and that solo checker was also the one taking care of the self checks, so she had her hands full! She was amazing, but it was stressful. There were a lot of people there purchasing large orders that were not appropriate for the self check lanes.”

“Excellent customer service. Took in my car seat and stroller today since my baby was sleeping. At checkout they put my groceries in another cart and someone helped me load them in my car. Everyone is very helpful and kind each time I go. Best customer service I’ve had anywhere.”

“I love Shopping at Trader Joe’s. I find all my healthy plant based items there. I get my beautiful fresh flowers there . The workers are so friendly. I highly recommend this store. And I would give this store 5 stars ⭐️ “ Miss Bodi 2006””

“I enjoyed shopping there lots of inventory in the store, produce was very fresh and plentiful and so many different different varieties of fruit and vegetables, the store was also extremely clean I was impressed by that. Shelves where very well stocked unlike other stores I have seen lately. This store every shelve was stocked, not one shelve empty, it was a pleasing experience to see some companies still have their act together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️???”

“Love this location. Everytime I walk through the store I am greeted with employees making sure I am finding everything ok as they stock shelves or walk by. Floral section is lovely. The guy was very willing to be hands on helpful but respected I was going to go about picking random ones. He offered a bag at the end. Made it easier for when I had to checkout. Checkout was great. Both cashier and bagger were kind.”

“This place is over the top and has almost everything I need. I'm not from Missouri and am still finding it difficult to find fresh ochre, but they had it frozen. They also had salt pork when I couldn't find hammocks. Made my holiday dishes so much better to cook with ingredients I'm used to. What is over the top is all the precooked food! It's amazing.”

“The Clayton Straub's is not bad for a neighborhood grocery store although exceedingly small. It is more high end and they have prepared foods and a butcher's counter. There is a nice deli section and a good wine selection. The location is very convenient to the neighborhood. Orifice looked pretty good although did not inspect closely. Great for grab and go.”

“I'm in love! My first time going to an Italian market and when my friend and I were sent on a mission for cannolis, I wasn't sure what to expect. Having just moved back to town and now living in south city, this is a place I've already been back to! The turkey burger patties in the frozen section are one of the best things I've cooked at home in a long time. A week later I'm still thinking about it”

“Very clean, great organic produce and some cool variety products you don't see at other stores. Can also make your own peanut butter ! Never seen that so cool. Will definitely be back. Great staff btw !”

“Wonderful selection but food items are located by country of origin. If you are looking for a small generic item like "hot sauce". You will find Mexican hot sauce in aisle 7 (several if you look hard but if you don't read Spanish- good luck! And you hen in aisle nine they may have Asian "hot sauce" but maybe just two small bottles or cans way up high or on the bottom shelf. And, of course, just about every major country has their own versions of "hot sauce" labeled in there native language ONLYju”

“Great selection of food! Everything is always fresh and the workers are very helpful! A great grocery store to shop at! Their seafood and steak selection is great!!! I spent about $25 dollars on 4 lobster tails which isn’t bad seeing that you go to a restaurant you’ll spend that on one! The asparagus were so good and fresh! And so we’re the potatoes! I added rosemary and Romano cheese on it!”

“Drove from North County just for the sandwich! My family loved it! The Italian is delicious! Definitely recommend and coming back!! The food and service was awesome! Very friendly !”

“If you're looking for ingredients for a beautiful lasagna or some homemade pizza or an epic cheeseboard, this is the place to go. Their deli counter will slice up the meat & cheese to your liking, and you can add olives or fresh bread or a nice bottle of cava or Chianti. The aisles are narrow and it can get a little crowded around the holidays, but that's all part of the experience. Need some 00 flour? Maybe semolina? Viviano's got you! Balsamic vinegar or olive oil? They have entire shelves dedicated to them. Imported tomatoes? Yep. The you head to the checkout with your treasure and they'll ring you up and put it all in a box for easy transport.”

“I recently heard about this place last night from a foody friend. St. Louis over the last ten years has developed an embarrassment of riches with high quality Mexican and Central American food. I am however always looking for more and when I was told there was a place by the South Couny Home Depot, I was ready to give it a try. It is a grocery in front with a window in back to order. Several tables and probably seating for 10-30 with tables between 2 top and 8 top but not many. No Public Bathrooms. Be careful and don't get confused by "La Fiesta", which appears to just be standard Tex/Mex and has no grocery but is the first place you will see in strip mall. Keep going. This was my first trip and I only got carryouts. Enchiladas for my bride and tacos for me. All of it traveled well to Webster and was completely enjoyable. I got Asada and Tinga tacos and she had the Tinga enchilada plate. The enchiladas were served with a fluffy rice (no peas) and refried beans. The tacos were street style with onions and cilantro on corn tortillas with a lime wedge. It was all great. In my opinion, worth the drive. It is as far as you can go driving south on Lindbergh in a strip mall running perpendicular to Home Depot. Reasonable English was spoken and the proprietors were extremely friendly. I will definitely go back.”

“My personal go to for all my snacks and is a treasure. I would def recommend. Food is fresh and good, I really like it and have been biking/walking/driving there since I was a little kid. Really nice customers and workers. good candy and drink supply. also nice baked goods and meat. It is a really good place to go if you just want a certain ingredient and happen to be nearby and also works if you just need your regular groceries, only bad thing is they don't have enough locations but I cant blame them for that! 5/5”

“This place is truly unique being a butcher serving up amazing food for lunch, with a large set in area. The sandwiches are so fresh and skillfully crafted with fine garnishes and sauces. They are even better accompanied by some of my favorite fries ever in their bees tallow fries and those also can be enjoyed with their flavor pact sauces. Finally got around to trying a smash burger and these are also amazing. This place also has cold coolers with fresh soups and dishes as well as some unique products such as soap and lip stick to made with their tallow, that just amplifies the excelling with their product!”

“Best tacos in St. Louis. Great variety of tacos, burritos, quesadillas and tortas. Juan Carlos is always friendly. Miguel is our favorite cook. The attached grocery store is also a great place to shop.”

“The Webster groves location offers a pretty extensive variety of high quality goods, especially considering the space allotted, and by far the most superb customer service of all the locations in our region. Although this store can be intimidating to some, the employees at this location help everyone feel welcome, regardless of Background, socioeconomic status, race, and other factors that can marginalize minorities thereby restricting access to quality food”

“As soon as my colleague and I walked to the counter we were immediately helped. Very nice people, service was great, and the food left me speechless. The best sandwich I’ve ever had, I had the Roma. The flavors blended great and the quantity was perfect. Highly satisfied and won’t be going hungry anytime soon ?. Definitely will be coming back!!”

“Edmonds has the very best tamales EVER. We have been buying them for over 45 years and my husbands family bar served them before that. I order tamales out to try to find better but never do . Their machine broke a few years back and I was worried they would go out of business . Thank goodness they came back. I am willing to go to their business if they had a better price but it's the same at the store. I would give them 10 stars if I could!”

“This location had the register area remodeled recently and a bunch of self checkouts installed. I appreciate the ability to get out more quickly and live this option! The store is usually well stocked and it is rare that I come across anything out of inventory. There are usually team members stocking, pulling empty boxes or picking online orders, in case you have questions. This is our usual store and the first stop on our weekly shopping trip. My only suggestion is to keep a closer eye on the produce section. It seems like a lot of it comes in frozen and then thaws in the sales floor, which has lead to us getting moldy product. Especially the zucchini!”

“The people there are so nice and make the experience that much better. You shop for what you want and the choices they have there are almost better than a grocery store. It has truly made a difference with my family!”

“Fantastic local business that has a great selection of olive oils, wines, teas and other gourmet food products. There are also some lovely home goods with linens and gorgeous olive wood cutting boards. We were lucky to taste some nice wine and of course they have their olive oils available for tasting. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and interesting in helping you find a great experience with her products.”

“This is a must stop for me when I visit the Hill. I wonder how they can make so much authentic Italian products into one neighborhood store. They have wine, candies, Italian specialties ready to cook in both large and personal sizes, fresh meats. It's just a treat to roam the isles.”

“I love this place. I wish St Louis had more markets like this. I grew up in Dallas/Ft Worth and we had places like this everywhere in the area I grew up in. I've never had a bad experience with the people who run this place and it's got things I can't find and things I need that I can't find at the bigger box stores.”
