“This is the Post Office counter inside HyVee at the front customer service area. It’s always more convenient than the actual USPS location on Barry Rd.For all you leaving bad reviews: this is inside HyVee, and they DON’T deliver your mail. Your local post office does. Check the location first before you bash them with negative reviews.”
“I had such great service here. Jim did an awesome job with manners and kindness. He was super quick getting our stuff done and sent. Very satisfied with this post office. The only issue, the building messed like hay or an animal farm of dried hay everywhere.”

“I have lived in Trimble for nearly eight years and have received outstanding service from day one. I am a heavy mail customer, meaning I receive and send a lot of mail and packages both personally and on behalf of the City so I believe I am qualified to rate their service. On more than one occasion, my local carrier has straightened out and found miss-hipped packages from FEDEX, which is not uncommon around here. Always remember, it's easy to criticize when you don't understand the whole process.”

“Pro tip for this location: maybe try coming Saturdays?
The couple times I came here before, terrible experiences (no one was available way past opening time, employees unsure how to do their job, taking 30+ minutes to find a package, etc.) Previously would've been a 0/5 recommendation.
However, came here on a Saturday and was pretty surprised. Guys at the window were quick, friendly, and competent. Not sure if they've gotten new management or staff at the location, or this particular team on Saturday just has it together more.
The night and day difference is going to prompt me to plan on visiting on Saturdays in hope to keep receiving this same experience.”
