“I scheduled my appointment online to replace my front tires and when I arrived at the store Mark let me know the tires I selected were not available, he immediately found a comparable tire. A little later he called to let me know that my back tires were bad and really needed replacing. I decided to move forward and just replace all 4 tires. A little later Mark let me know my car was ready and that he had a little surprise for me. I went to pick up my car and Mark let me know that they only had two of the second set of tires I agreed too and so he upgraded me to a better tire at the same cost!
