I’m not as young as I used to be, and Chris jumped right in to help me remove my old battery. Then spent a considerable amount of time getting the new one installed. “After reading the reviews I was hesitant to call, but really had no other option that was remotely close to Springfield. The conversation I had with the gentleman was over 10 minutes, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained to me that the Mini DV player I need repaired could be very difficult given the fact that it’s 16 years old. He did not try to persuade me to fix it or junk it, but rather gave me some very good information as to price, timeframe, and parts availability so I could make the decision on my own. If I decide to get it repaired, I am definitely bringing it to these guys.”
